I was asking a question at the drive through when the person barked at me to drive up. When I got to the window I was told my... total. I had not finished ordering so I asked for the sandwich I wanted only to be told they don?t accept orders at the window. Read more
My sister and I drove to Starbucks solely for the reason of ordering iced drinks with the half off deal for rewards members. We... have to save a lot of our money and don?t shop very often so this was once in a blue moon. When we got to the window they saidthey couldn?t take half off because their machine was broken. This is at no fault of the employees but was we were a Littleannoyed we had to pay full price for something we didn?t set out to pay? felt a bit like a scam.
