Not bad. For dine-in it?s very anonymous and the opposite of welcoming. They don?t ask for your name and don?t call out when... your coffee is ready, so you have to remember to keep checking. Odd for a Starbucks. But they are fast and the order takersalways have a smile. Read more

My sister and I drove to Starbucks solely for the reason of ordering iced drinks with the half off deal for rewards members. We... have to save a lot of our money and don?t shop very often so this was once in a blue moon. When we got to the window they saidthey couldn?t take half off because their machine was broken. This is at no fault of the employees but was we were a Littleannoyed we had to pay full price for something we didn?t set out to pay? felt a bit like a scam. Wish next time they would havecovered part of our drink since they weren?t carrying their end of the deal. Read more

Worst Starbucks I had ever visited. The employees are playing the music like is a nightclub so loud that you can not relax or... work there. There is none checking all of the negative feedback for this location. Read more

This Starbucks has great employees. I believe they work hard and try their best. I think this Starbucks has a management issue.... Today for instance. I?m waiting in line getting my order taken from a nice employee outside (because the line is so long). I getto the window and am told they don?t have my drink. Now why would I wait 10 minutes for a drink I don?t want. What irritates memore is why I am being charged for the drink I really don?t want. Do I really have to put up a fuss for something I shouldn?thave to pay for. I get it if they told me when I ordered that they didn?t have my drink. I would have just left. But I want mycaffeine so I?ll just pay. But stuff like this happens all the time here. Another time I ordered and forgot an item (while I wasstill at the ordering speaker). Right after the total was given I said I forgot an item and if I could put in another order oradd it to the other one. I was told no, you have to wait in line again. I literally got done with my order 5 seconds ago and already waited. I say this is a management issue because employees should know how to handle situations like this. But it seemslike they don?t. Maybe I got spoiled by other Starbucks locations. I know for a fact if I waited in line that long and theydidn?t have my drink they would have said sorry and not to worry about the second choice of drink. I find myself going to otherStarbucks locations even though it?s out of the way. I will continue to do so. I will gladly go the extra few miles out of myway because there always seems to be issues here. Read more

Great place, nice people, my drink is always perfect, and I?m picky, I don?t just order off the menu, and they customize my... drink to my exact specifications, some other places forget things or do it their own way, but not this Starbucks this is thebest one around here!!! ????Luv them!!! Read more
