ordered 2 crunchwrap supremes, they didnt even have the crunchy part in either of them, and i ordered a dorito taco and it was... soft, AND the tomatoes were yellow??? plus the 20 min we sat in the drive through with no line at 11:00 pm?i guess the workerswere just lazy, very upset and ended up wasting money on my whole meal because everything was soggy or old. we did drive thru, so I didn't get to experience inside. it was 10 o clock, I ate 1 of my tacos. around 1230/1am I ate my 2nd... taco, now at 5am I'm nauseous and glued to the toilet and barfing. something ain't right... the food was made to myspecifications, but I guess it made me sick. Read more
Any time I get spicy potato tacos here, the potatoes are stale and/or crunchy. The Cinnabon delights are so greasy I could... squeeze the grease out. Also, my stomach hasn?t been right for a whole day since eating here the night prior. Malaise and nauseawith other gastrointestinal symptoms. The staff needs to be trained better on the topic of food safety. Better teach them nowbefore someone becomes seriously ill. Read more

Always check your order before leaving. 2/3 times, I am missing an item and just cut my losses because it is not worth driving... 10min each way for a missing taco. Today, I had an all new experience though. I checked my order before leaving but this timeI was given 2 chicken soft tacos with NO CHICKEN! How can you not notice that the tacos you are making just have the sauce withno chicken? I drove back this time and was offered 2 replacement tacos. I accepted and drove home. Get home and the 2 newtacos were made with sour cream and tomatoes. If I like sour cream and wanted these tacos to be made "supreme", I would haveordered them that way. Never again, Taco Bell, never again. You got me good today and lost a customer for life. Read more
