For some reason, drive thru just didn?t have it together this night. We sat behind only 1 car before making it to the order... board & that took close to 15-20 min. Ahead of that car was only 2 vehicles, 1 at the window picking up & 1 at the paywindow. When we finally moved up to order, the first thing the woman said was, can you hold on a minute please. That continues 5more times during our ordering process. We ordered 2 separate combos, but nothing special or different from the way it normallycomes. At the pay window, we moved through quick & easy. At the pick up, a little slower. Then, when we ask for ketchup, thesame woman who is taking the drive thru orders w/ the head set on, tells us that they ran out of ketchup packets already. Mindyou, it?s like 8 pm on a Friday night that was by no means busy at all. Would have definitely went somewhere else. From start tofinish, we were in the drive thru for close to 35 min- crazy. We ordered a 40 piece nugget bundle. The Nuggets were cold and soggy, and the fries had a few fresh put on top of old. They were... cold and had an off taste. That tells me the person making the food was trying to hide the old food. The ice cream machine was"broken" This is not the first time my food had something wrong with it at this place. This was the last time they will do methis way. From what I've read, there are a lot of unhappy customers reviewing this store. I will not be coming back to thislocation. Read more

It was around 1:00a.m. when I ran to get us something to eat. They were very busy and there was only one young lady working the... drive thru as busy as they were when I got to the window to pay she had a smile and was very sweet. I wish I would have askedher name because she most definitely deserves a raise. She had blue streaks in her hair. Please give this young lady a raise weneed more people with patience and great hearts like her. And by the way the food was fresh and hot. This is my go to McDonald'sfrom now on. I never had any issue here UNTIL NOW. I ordered a few things from McDonalds this past trip. I wasn?t sure as to who was a and... who wasn?t a worker because some of them were wearing street clothes. I ended up ordering a few things on the screen myself. Iget HALFWAY THROUGH MY LAST SANDWICH and feel something stuck to my lips. Wrapped up in the lettuce/mayo of my McChicken wastangled mess of hairs. Is it better or worse that I think they?re from the one lady?s cheap wig and not real hair? Fresh !!! You cant expect speed right now. We are experience a high volume of wait time due to shortage of workers. Update :... Good Hot tasting Mcdoubles with fries Update: this McDonald's is 100 times better than the McDonald's located on MemorialDrive. If I could rate negative 5 stars I would. Nikki a manager there is the absolute worst person I have ever encountered in customer... service. My wife drinks their frappes so we frequent quite often and 99.99999% of the time we deal with her rude behavior theother times we just luck out because she is not working that day. We literally witnessed a manager and another employee in aphysical altercation at this location with our bag of food in the Lady being attacked hands. This McDonald's is the definitionof ghetto. The owner knows all of this and still refuses to fix his location. So don't bother complaining...it won't changeanything. Read more
