Absolutely amazing experience. I had an urgent catering order and called a few minutes before they opened. Deb I believed picked... up the phone and accepted my order willfully. The times on the website indicated that it wouldn't be ready till 10 AM, but Ineeded it at 7 AM, and she was so helpful and so willing to make that happen. Ultimately, it did happen, an anomaly not oftenseen. I thank Deb and Raquel for there amazing customer service skills and for providing all the necessary tool needed to feed25 people. I was baffled at the marvelous service that was provided. Will plan to visit again soon! Read more
Rude employees. Would not allow a service dog into the establishment. Staff was not wearing gloves to make food after touching... the cash register. Too bad, this used to be such a tightly run and great place for bagels. Bagel table it is! Read more
Update on 18 September 2022: the new manager and team are incredible-attentive, caring and professional. Over the last 2 weeks... I?ve observed the manager being very supportive of customers and most importantly, of staff. Keep up the good work. Oldreview: I?ve been observing his for several months now and cannot be silent any longer. I visit this bagel place at least once aweek. The new manager is beyond rude to customers ( the tone, the constant arguments with customers. He should be a problemsolver and not a problem creator ). I cannot even imagine how he treats the employees. Today I witnessed him reprimand anelderly woman for asking about refills. Once he was done reprimanding her he finished with ? and those doors are for exitingnot entering?. The one star is for him alone. Other team members are awesome. As a director myself I would never toleratethis behavior from my managers. Read more

The food is very good but it takes FOREVER, I have been there twice and waited for 30 minutes just to make a order and the... second time I was the only costumer there, the works behaved like I wasn?t there, they were moving really slow and even didn?tsay ?I will be with you in a minute? or something like that Read more
Good place for snacks, variety of burgers, sandwich etc., Car parking place available including those on wheelchair. Narrow... access from the door to the main shopping area. Asked for veg sandwich but were given non veg with pig meat in them, for takeaways. Had to go back and return them for veg sandwich. Seating arrangements are there too. Covid19 protocol strictly followed.Masks compulsory. Social distancing maintained. Read more

Bagels, cream cheese and coffee were really good. My reason for 1 star off is because the ordering process was a bit tedious. I... had to tell them my order 3 times. Once when I was ordering, again when I had to pay for my order, then apparently my order wasnot in the system or something because a guy came from behind the counter and asked what I ordered... and the 2 people behind mehad a big order and they got their food before me. They did apologize, I don't know what happened because it wasn't busy. Iwould order online next time. Read more
