I?ve been here multiple times and it?s really hit or miss. When they first opened I had a great experience. Fresh bagel, with... cream cheese and nova. Next time we brought home a bakers dozen (first thing in the morning pickup) and they were abysmallystale and hard as rocks. I called back to check and they said they were delivered that morning. Whatever. Well I went thismorning for a sesame bagel with lox spread and the bagel was basically just bread in the shape of the bagel. No crisp exterior,just spongy. Will not return. Read more
My wife and I had driven by The Bagel Table a few times and decided to give it a try. Sadly, it was not up to expectations. ... I ordered a cinnamon-raisin bagel toasted dark with cream cheese. My wife ordered a poppy seed bagel the same way. Therewas no poppy seed bagel visible so she asked the order-taker. The order-taker checked in back and assured us that there werepoppy seed bagels available. We placed and paid for our order, and stood aside to wait. There were others waiting aswell\n\nThe woman who delivered the order could not read our name on the order ticket and proceeded to try to read the orderinstead. With the masks on, it was difficult to understand her. I asked her if it was with poppy seed order, and she said itwas.\n\nWhen we got in to the car, we found that the poppy seed bagel was no where to be found. There was a plain bagelinstead. It was toasted correctly. My wife did eat it, but declared it unremarkable. My cinnamon raisin needed more cinnamonand raisins, and was not really toasted. Very disappointed. We did not go back in try to fix the order as we did not have thetime. We really wanted to like this place, but will not be back. I hope that they read their reviews and can get their acttogether. This place has tremendous potential. It\'s the only bagel place I\'ve found in the immediate area, the service is very good, and... the decor and seating areas are very nice. It\'s a great place to sit and relax or to meet with someone and have a pleasantconversation. However, the bagels are very mediocre. In full disclosure, I\'m from New York and I\'ve been spoiled by havingaccess to outstanding bagels for many years. If they can get the bagels right, this place should do great! Read more
Got a ham egg and cheese on a poppy bagel. Not impressed considering I could walk to the Stop & Shop 100 yards away and get the... same quality bagel. It was fairly dense and dry. This may have been helped if the filling to bread ratio was decent butunfortunately it was about half the amount that most places would give you for a breakfast bagel sandwich. Read more
Just opened! We had a great time. The bagels are good and they give you a ton of fish on your sandwiches. They have a good... selection of pastries and other baked goods too. We?ll definitely be coming back! It?s so nice to finally have a bagel shop inthis area. Read more
