Waited in drive thru for 40 minutes, ordered and had to wait until 10 minutes after we ordered. Ordered drinks that are frozen,... therefore need a straw. No straws provided and Barista walked away and closed window. We waited 5 more minutes and even had toknock on the window and just heard the workers laughing. Called the main line and no answer. Barista finally came back to windowand we asked for straws and workers were still laughing and said it?s Saturday, it?s busy. This is no excuse for the service andbehavior we witnessed. We were valued customers but this location will never see our money again. Best of luck with poortraining, employees and attitude. If another coffee place opened near this biggby they would actually have competition and closequickly as we were not the only disappointed customers today. Read more

I tried to give this Biggby several shots but this place is terrible!! Short hand (not blaming the one's that tried to stay)... Management was terrible from what I heard. I can't say that I ever seen them because they didn't want to come in and help thesetwo wonderful workers that tried very hard to keep up. Line's out to the road, line out the door and no management (upper orlower) would come in to help. I was standing there when she made the call. One of them said just shut it down and gohome???????????. The other said they doubt they could make it in. That's some team work you have going on!???? I absolutely lovecoffee and loved Biggby. Corporate if you want to stay in business don't run your store's like the one in Wayland, MI. I work incustomer service and it truly is one of the hardest jobs out there. When you have management and higher not listening, helpingor act like they care. The job is so much worse! P.S. This Biggby is ALWAYS running out of product!! Read more

I like this Biggby. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The coffees, teas and food are good. My only complaint is how... painfully slow the drive through service is. Sometimes I pass them by because I know I'll be waiting a minimum of 10-15minutes for one coffee. I would spend more money there if the service was faster. Read more

I have been to this location many times. Each time the staff is more interested in their conversations with each other than... fulfilling drink orders. Reminds me of play time at nursery school. If there is more than one can in drive through expect 10minwait time at minimum. Today was my last visit. Wayland needs another option for coffee Read more

I'm down the highway and just tasted my extra Hot latte (2 of them I got) and swear there is no coffee/expresso in them. It... tastes like sweetened milk only. Called them and she was sure she put the coffee in. Not drinkable. ???? Read more

It would be really nice if the person taking the order could repeat it back to you to make sure it's correct, as is standard for... most drive thrus. Gotten my order wrong too many times. Today I ordered an iced decaf coffee with no whip, and they first gaveit to me hot. When I corrected this at the window, they remade it iced, however it's not decaf and it has whipped cream. The baristas are always nice and try their best to keep everyone happy and satisfied (myself being one) but we all are human and... sometimes make mistakes so I apologize for some of these negative reviews. Definitely stop by if you want some amazing drinks???????? Read more

Great coffee, 5 out of 5 for sure service was super fast, and coffee was great for a sweet cream caramel cold brew 10/10... recommended, definitely coming back Read more
