All of our food was shoved in small bag. Needless to say it ripped down side and I ended up losing part of my food. Than when I... went to eat my chicken sandwich discovered it was spicy. I'm giving one star because they never have the right phone number listed or even answer it. All I want to know when I call is... if the lobby is open. Instead they waste my time and gas driving there with my two young sons only find the door locked and thenwe have to drive to the 68th st location since they have their s together. Read more
Whopper Jr's and fries we're good. However, the two milk shakes were much more like chocolate milk. Please fix the machine and... stop selling milk shakes or at least advertise as chocolate milk. Read more
John had ordered the classic whopper with cheese & as always never a disappointment. I always enjoy the fish sandwich with... cheese. Very satisfying. We requested well done fries & they were done -2- perfection. Great price -4- the amount of food. ???? Read more
This location seems to have a problem with wrong preparation of items. I have an issue with raw onions so I always order no... onions on my Whoppers. This is always reflected on the receipt. Seems the prep people don't pay much attention to the order asonce again, there were onions on my burgers (see attached photos of receipt/burger). Normally, I just take them off but no more.This will be a non issue for me in the future as I will no longer use this location. Read more
