Friendly, clean, hospitality. Fries were fresh, portions were good. Tried the chicken sandwich for first time and the chicken... was dry and chewy. So this is really like a 4.5 for a McDonald's but I'd stay away from the chicken. Read more
Just went over for breakfast and in the middle of my order, the person switches screens or something (but was still talking... through my speaker) and started helping someone else. They helped them (they knew them too, hi Gary) then after a few minutes ofsilence I said "hello?" And she told me I could pull forward (still wasn't done ordering). Most McDonald's are very different per location. This Wayland location is friendly & consistent on their service, quality, &... speed. They are excellent... Very busy around dinner, but only show in town! Read more
Long line in drive thru so I went inside to get my order. It was amazing to watch the person at register taking orders for... inside orders and drive thru. She was doing an awesome job. What was also amazing was watching two managers standing by whereorders are put together talking and not helping with the rush they were having. Just saying maybe the managers need to try andimprove their customer service instead of standing around talking. Read more
After waiting 10 minutes (asked to pull ahead) we received cold fries a McDouble that wasn?t made right(took the McDouble back... in to get fixed didn?t catches the other burger that was raw until we had already left) and a RAW burger ??.. maybe if one ofthe cooks hadn?t been dancing around throwing his middle fingers up at the screens things would go faster and not be messed up ! I opened up the McDonalds app on my phone and ordered breakfast before I left my home. The app is fairly easy to navigate. I... liked that I was able to customize my order. As of this writing, the app will go to a blank screen and hang when you put in theorder. If you close out, and have notifications turned on, you'll get a message that the order was placed. (I do hope they fixthis bug soon) When I got there, I parked in one of the pickup spots, opened the app again, and checked in. It is at this pointyour card will be charged. About 5 minutes later, a McDonalds associate came out with my order. The workers at this locationare some of the friendliness ones I've seen. Unfortunately, there are not enough of them. The wait time may be longer than Ihad, and the hours that they are open are in flux. In all, not a bad way to get my McDonalds fix.????
