placed an order thro the mobile app and came to pick it up and the doors were locked so we called and they couldn?t even bring... us our food thro the door while these people are lollygagging in the back and tell us we have to go thro the drive thro so we doand they don?t have our food or nothing and we can?t get a refund nor could we even get our food the next day 1/10 ???????? Food is Taco bell. But only one problem. When you get your food and go to e a t it. You have to put it back together. Everything... falls out and made very sloppy. I know it's taco bell but we rather eat it than wear it. Read more
Order is incorrect 90% of the time, missing 1-3 items. They might as well add a permanent section to their menu with what they... are out of, as every other time we come here (at least) they are out of major items. Long lists too, tonight it was sour cream,chipotle sauce, chicken, nacho cheese, & I believe mild or hot sauce. Other times it?s ground beef, beans, steak. Got breakfasthere the other day, the Crunchwrap?s shrunk (may not be just this location) & my mango whipped freeze was not a freeze, just abunch of syrup & foam. Read more
Chicken quesadilla was fantastic and for a Saturday night it was the fastest time to get food compared to anything else that was... open. I did order two bean burritos and unfortunately those were the driest beans I?ve eaten in my total 28 years of existence.I come from a Hispanic family so of course beans are a part of my diet and reminiscing of when my grandma would make me beans?Inever once had a bad batch of beans they were always amazing. Unfortunately I had to toss out the other bean burrito and thatfirst burrito was like swallowing straight flour and unfortunately I didn?t order a drink and I was already hangry so I stillate the first burrito while sharing my chicken quesadilla with my husband. So never once has my order been fully correrct.. I understand I ask for no tomatoes and it happens once in a while but as seen... in the picture still got then and they are nasty. Tops, semi green and just gross when eating. Hence why I ask for none.... Iunderstand staffing issues but it's a joke of a place to work for too... nothing against the employees(we all know they areunder paid and not treated well enough for them to deal with things like this. I wouldn't care enough either. I like the foodjust would be nice to get what I ordered properly for once.... seriously not once .... even when it was a replacement orderstill messed it up...... I can not even explain how incompetent the employees of this Taco Bell are. There where probably at least 10 people working, and... half of them were dancing around doing absolutely no work for at least 30 minutes. And the other half were standing around. Meanwhile my online order wasn?t even completed yet. It took them a total of 30 minutes to complete my order. Half our food was coldand done poorly, and they forgot 2 items. We will not be returning to this establishment. So disappointed. Read more
