Ordered hamburgers they came out cold and not made like we asked. Waitress never came and checked on us got no refills on drink... or coffee. They were all in the back laughing and Playing around. We visited on a very busy day, so we understood our wait time and were happy to enjoy our time as a family. Our waitress was... phenomenal. And the food was delicious. No complaints from us on those two things. However, the atmosphere was downright awful.The manager was incredibly loud, rude to employees (chastising them loudly and in full view of patrons), and actually told atable to NOT leave a tip for a waitress who was struggling to keep up. She did her best and was very kind to a table full ofrude patrons. Read more
Sometimes there's good service sometimes there's good food but not all the time. Whoever is in charge of hiring and training... people should be fired. Some of the Wait stuff are amazing. And some never should I gotten the job The same can be said for thecooks. but the good staff members see the wrong stuff and attempt to correct it So there might be hope for this place. Read more
