hands down the best customer service i?ve ever received. the guy there was so nice and even informed me that the large was... cheaper than the medium for the pizza i got! i came in not too long before they closed and there was zero attitude! it?s rare tofind good customer service nowadays, keep it up! :) Read more

I order all season for the crust of my pizza. They put all season on my whole pizza nothing on the crust. Who?s wants a salty... pizza? When I called to state that it wasn?t done correctly the store manger basically said there?s nothing he can do and said Isaid something I did not. He also said I couldn?t go above him and do a complaint. I will not be back! If I coulda put no starsI would have. Worst Customer service ever. Read more

They are using a call center to take orders. Call center messed up the order and they corrected it and got the right order... delivered pretty fast. Food is always great at this location. Read more

Call center and manager of the store not pleasant to speak with. Blames corporate as if they have no discretion of their store... and as if they follow all policies..I worked next to this store for 3 years when I was younger and we shared employees with them(not vice versa), and the idea they always follow those guidelines is untrue?as I have both seen and heard. We just wanted toget a half and half pizza, but they would have 2 different sauces so they refused and said they have never allowed that in ?10years he worked for this company.? Rather just order from someone who will grant our request (okay with paying more and waivingrights to complain?as I had run a pizza franchise for 6 years in college, I know it certainly possible to grant a request likethis to keep a customer). Anyhow, called another Howies and bypassed the call center? they had no trouble doing this. One lostcustomer and bad review won?t make a difference or dent in their giant profits, but i just wanted to mention their are otherlocations nearby who with work with the customer and have at least decent customer service. We?ve all used the pass the buckcard, but it gets old when you know the real behind the scenes. Read more
