Where do I even begin here at this establishment? There were a few times that we were even able to make it past the drive... through ordering window and there were fewer times that the food ended up being decent. On one hand, I would drive up to thisMcDonald's on my way to the freeway and they would just say that they were closed, although someone was already in the buildingand it shouldn't have been closed in the first place. The last time I went there for breakfast however, the line was so long andit wouldn't move at all. The times we did get through however, breakfast was fine, but anytime I would get a burger they woulddouse it in ketchup to the point where I had to be extremely careful or it would land on my clothing. If the problem is shortstaffing, then the manager would be better to take my heed and pay their employees more so that they can get more people in. (noone, and I mean no one wants a job for less than $15 an hour and even then it's becoming too steep.) If the problem lies withthe employees and they are fine with what they have, then they need to do better. Regardless, if you really want McDonald's, Isuggest taking the extra few miles down the road to the one near 275. Their line is much faster and you will have better qualityfood, I promise you. Food was fresh and hot. I had 3 grill orders and each one was made correctly. The only drawback was people trying to go inside... and doors were open for a while then locked. Same amount if workers so nit sure why they locked the doors. Read more
Order number 1302. Forgot my fries with my meal, my sons Dr. Pepper is flat and discolored. Absolutely horrible. If it wasn't... for my son going to get this I would I threw a fit. Never again. Read more
I've gone here 2 times in the last month, and both times I was told they are closed due to short staffing. They wouldn't even... sell me a drink. Yeah, I get there's a labor shortage, but if you're having problems with keeping employees pay them better sothat you won't have this happen and people will want to work for you. That's how supply and demand works. You can't keep peoplewith what you pay them now, raise the pay so you can get better people. Read more
We're talking about McDonald's here people, the food is very consistent, the service is adequate. It serves a very good purpose.... If you're looking for five star service I don't think this quite cuts it. The one thing you know when you go to McDonald's isyou pretty much know the menu before you get there and this place was no different the people were nice and the service was asexpected. I have stopped inside this McDonald?s twice. It is kept fairly clean but not spotless. They have all the modern contrivances... including the self-serve kiosk but customer service at the counter is not quite up to par. You will generally get what you askfor it but it?s not quite a light and breezy interaction. The interaction at the drive-thru is normally pleasant. They don?talways get the order right, however, though they seem to be trying awful hard. At time when you go to this location they donot accept credit card payments, which is an inconvenience. It is difficulty to enter the parking lot via Wayne Road and to getinto it from Michigan Avenue you either need to use Wayne Road or the first road just past the lot. Exiting also take cautionand sometimes patience. Be careful in the parking lot as it is cramped. If you are driving there are distractedpedestrians. If you are a pedestrian there are cars moving a little too fast. Read more
I went there and ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and added onion. The chicken had been sitting so long under the heat... lamp it was so dried it was nasty and the amount of mayo they put on it, they must of thought the mayo would rehydrate thechicken or something because it was like a mayo sandwich. I couldn't believe when I got home what it looked like. I will go toother McDonald's from now on. Read more
