Wayne, MI. I ordered a medium hand tossed pizza with ham, onion and pineapple. The ham was dry and the crust had a glue-like,... chewy texture. This is the worst pizza I have ever tried eating in my entire life. I couldn't make it past the first piece andtossed the whole thing in the garbage. The staff on the other hand was very friendly and provided fast service. Pizza Hut hasgone downhill and it's definitely not what it used to be. They need to purchase better quality ingredients. Here we are 2 years later and pozza hut still playing games. Why do i have to only have two slices of pepperoni on each slice of... pizza. This is ridiculous. Had i have known, I would not have ordered this. Ordered a special. 2 med pizzas, bread and 2L pop.Not impressed. I won't go to this pizza hut again. I'm a lover of pizza hut, but I discovered that all pizza huts are notcreated equal. It tasted nothing like the place that I love more than any other pizza restaurant. So disappointed! Read more
2.5 I haven't ordered from here in a decade despite them being super close to my house. Wanted pasta, order the chessy pasta... that comes with breadsticks, you have the option of making it cheese sticks for like a $1 more. I paid the extra for the cheesesticks, it's on my reciept as cheese sticks, I even gave a tip even though I was doing pick up. I get home and guess what? Ihave plain breadsticks...I don't understand why that was so hard to get right. Read more

This particular store is great. I've ordered several times and my food has always been exactly the way it should be. The app is... very easy to use and the food is good. Plus they have a reward program that I've already used for free pizza and breadsticks. Read more
