This place basically tried killing us. After 20 minutes waiting and having the order remade our shop lunch of 3 spicy chicken... sandwiche were all RAW and one was still frozen. There is no excuse for this, no lack of man power or any other reason. Do notever go here! Read more
I?m always understanding with the restaurant business. I?ve given this place chances after chances. My husband refuses to go... here anymore. I gave them one more chance today and I understand know why my husband doesn?t go here anymore. 35 minute wait. Noexaggeration. I ordered a $5 biggie bag w a double stack. I bit into it and it was a crunch. I was given 2 back of the heaterpatties. Grossest thing ever. You would think they?d be up on their stuff due to the 35 minute wait. I?m never coming hereagain. this location was amazing 3 or 4 years ago. we would get lunch or dinner at least once a week and it was always fantastic. we... completely stopped coming here awhile ago. the quality and service is laughable now. we live 2 minutes away. if you can't secureyour closest consumers you aren't gunna do very well. Food is always warm or cold. You will never go to this location and not have a wait nor rude workers. Corporate needs to... intervene or they should just shut the restaurant down until they can get the proper staff. It can be 2 cars in front of you andthe wait will still be 20+ mins. The honey butter biscuit and wedges are good! Very hot and fresh. It just needed a little more honey sauce for me personally.... But the biscuit was moist, soft and chicken was fresh. Also they serve Simply Orange Juice so that?s a plus. Read more
The line was long and miserably slow! The order... The chicken nuggets were warm at best, my double baonator had next to no... condiments on it , the patties were dry and cold, literally 1 undersized piece of bacon(see photo) my cheddar bacon potato, withextra cheese and bacon was seriously lacking(see photo). Whoever was working at 9:45pm on 10/15/22 should be terminated! not only was the guy rude at the speaker, I waited in line for... 45 minutes at a ?fast food? restaurant for me to get to the speaker and tell me they?re no longer serving customers!
