Order was not ready until a full hour after placing. Waited for over 30mins inside the location. First off, my order was missing... 2 large fries. I noticed while walking to the car. They didn?t make the fries at all, so I had to wait another 5 minutes for thefries to be ready. Drove all the way home and noticed my 20pc wings were missing! They didn?t make those either! Called andspoke to the manager Marco, he said he made the order personally and was unsure why they were missing. Went back up there to getthe missing wings, BUT THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG FLAVORS. At this point I gave up and ate the incorrect wings because it had almostbeen 2 hours of waiting to eat. I don?t think this location can handle large orders, even though I only had a total of 40wings. They are ALWAYS over the estimated time that they say it will be ready. Also the fries tend to be soggy. Are those madebefore the wings? Seems like it. I usually cut them some slack as I know that Wingstop is usually slow at other locations, butto be slow, soggy, and wrong more times than not is ridiculous! Pinya- Don't bother leaving me your canned response that youhave left on everyone else's review. Oh, my. The workers were shouting at each other. There were people smoking weed right outside the door. It took over an hour... and half to get my order completed. The waiting area is tiny. The flavors were weak and the chicken was greasy. It was adisappointment. I contacted corporate and their customer service to let them know but no response... Read more

Terrible Is a understatement. The manager of this place shouldn't be a manager if they are gonna walk out on customers and... complain and yell about too many orders. If I'm the owner I'm excited when a customer comes in. Clearly the manager doesn't carebecause they complained so much and told the staff to tell people there was no more wings. It was only 10:05pm and the placestill had ample time to be open. Feel bad for the people who had to work alone because their boss walked out on them not wantingto deal with the customers. We waited until about 10:47pm before the food was done. Next time we will go next door to Dominoes.Unexceptable service. Read more

PROS: +Wings cooked perfectly +Blue cheese is AMAZZZZING +Kids loved the honey BBQ boneless +I loved the limited edition... lemon garlic bone-in +Fry seasoning is awesome! +Big fry portion with a meal + blue cheese sides are filled all the way tothe top! + even being a carryout the dry rub wings were still crispy! CONS - i ordered lemon garlic bone-in as well as garlicparm and Louisiana. All of these are "dry rub". The two garlic flavors are "no heat" and the LA is "level 3 heat". The lemongarlic was OUTSTANDING but it seems that forgot to add seasoning to the LA or the parm. Real bummer because I love those LA's! Even with no seasoning they were still good, but it's not what I ordered. (The 4th pic I uploaded shows each of the wings. Theone with the black dots on it is the only wing that had added flavor. The rest tasted like plain wings.) -Although we paid fora side of celery ($2) they forgot to add it -Fries are undercooked and cold. Throw them in an air fryer to crisp up. They crispup nice! -no straws for the 3 pops - Cheese is super bland, but all of the locations have this same cheese so it's notanything Wayne did wrong. Got boneless wing will mild on it go a get it there no sauce on them I go back in to tell and the lady said it's mild. There was... no sauce but oil from the being made fresh but she gave me a cup of mild sauce and you can tell there was none. I won't becoming back here if people can't tell the difference between ones with sauce and ones without and saying I'm wrong which you canclearly see there was none just sad. Even ate one with me and my girlfriend said there was no sauce. The fries had more of akick then the wings with no mild sauce on it. Read more

Stopped in to order wings, wanted to try the new location. Asked about the lunch special, and was told it was 2 wings for 5... bucks. On the door, they had a sign for a 5 piece boneless for $7.50. Their employees really should know the promos, especiallyif you have big signs on your door for them. Inside there is a menu, but prices are not listed, which is misleading. I orderedsome boneless wings, and it had the same problem I have with other Wing Stop locations, it's just way too salty. Their garlicparm wings had no flavor other than salt, the lemon pepper should be called lemon salt, and the bbq was actually pretty decent.I also ordered seasoned fries, which had something sweet on them, and were not very good. The location has only been opened for1 to 2 weeks, but the kitchen didn't appear very clean. If I didn't know it was a brand new location, I would have guessed ithad been there for years. Unfortunately I probably won't be back, there are better chicken places that are cheaper and cleanerin the area. Read more

Ordered online, went at estimated pick up time! I had to wait a few minutes for my food (no biggie). I get home (1/4mi away) &... open my bag to find horrible wet soggy fries. I call up there & am placed on hold for approximately 5 minutes. The manageranswers & I tell her about the fries. She said I figured that, wait what? You figured you gave me wet soggy fries? Well... no.Was her response. I am offered a replacement, I go back up to get my food. While waiting for my fries, I watch that same managertouch raw chicken, drop it into a fryer basket & drop the basket down. She then proceeded to get food containers ready for othercustomers prepared food! She never washed her hands! I asked for a refund. She asked why & i explained because of her improperfood handling! She said I don't know how to do that. She then said it was a online order & it takes 7 days to process. I saidthat's fine. Her reply... I don't know how to do that but you can wait 30-40 minutes for the district manager. Do not eat here!That manager will make people sick! Read more
