It's McDonald's food that we all enjoy & have ate growing up, but service really is not the best quality at this location. Staff... aren't the friendliest & mistakes happen quite often with your meal (especially in the drive-thru!) And the ice cream machine isout of order more than it works!! I'd say when we stop there for ice cream , 80% of the time we're told the machine is down orthey don't have any?? They have recently remodeled & it looks nice, but that's just looks - I'd be happy with the old settings &better customer service! Read more
Worst place. Will sit in drive thru for 30 mins. They say that the speaker is bad. But yet they let people sit there every day.... I pull up to the windows and nobody answers. I ordered through the drive thru tonight, & as soon as I ordered I was greeted with kind words & patience. Then when I went to... pay, the man who took my payment noticed a tattoo I have on my wrist & had a very heartfelt conversation with me. I?ve trulyNEVER had such a kind & considerate conversation with a complete stranger! & to add to this experience, my food was ready for meat the next window right away & was all fresh & hot!!!
