I went Buffalo Wing Wings to pick up takeout on a Sunday evening and the wings were good and ample variety of sauce options.... However, I was disappointed that the fries were cold. It wasn't very busy, but my food still took 40 minutes to come out. Fortakeout of just wings, fries and a sandwich this seems unreasonably long. I highly recommend ordering ahead for pickup. Ordered take out once and the wings were bad. Tasted like they reheated very old wings/old sauce. Ended up throwing away the... entire order of wings. Gave this location another try because the tacos were good. I paid online at 11pm (they list theirclosing hours are 12am). I arrive at 11:20pm and the employee is closing, locking the doors and claims to have never received myorder. I check my bank account to find they billed me, closed, never fulfilling my order. I had to dispute the charge with mybank. I will never order from them again. Be careful ordering online. They?ll bill you and claim they never received your order. Read more
We ordered spicy wings but no napkins or silverware were given in the start. We had to go to the bathroom to get paper towels... (these came MUCH later). We got the wings first and constantly had to flag down the waiter to get the rest of our order, whichincluded 2 drinks, cheese curds, blue cheese and ranch dressing, and finally asking specifically for the napkins and forks wenever received. We never got the dressing with the wings. We also got the cheese curds at the end of the meal even though theywere appetizers. It?s the fact the general manager took our order and no one else came to check on us. The drink was also warm?We?re currently waiting for someone to attend to us for our check. It was overall an unpleasant experience and I will never comeback to this location. Don?t bother coming, save yourself the money and get a better experience somewhere else. In the time that I am writing this, I have been sitting here with my dirty plates in front of me. It took over 10 minutes for... someone to visit us at first. The server didn't smile when she finally came. All we ordered was an appetizer which took 15minutes to come out. Mind you, it's 4pm. Not exactly a busy time. Our server hasn't visited us since she delivered our food,over 30 minutes ago. We've watched at least 2 groups leave because they got tired of waiting for someone to visit them. Thefood tasted fine, but a 30 minute visit had been turned into over an hour mostly due to waiting. Not worth. This location needsa revamp in it's additive towards service, coming from someone who worked in food service for many years. This was anembarrassment. Read more
Very basic. We ordered spicy wings on the bone and they were very dry and flavorless. We also ordered celery and carrot sticks... with blue cheese sauce. We did not get anything but dry wings. The French fries included were horrible. Read more
Well this was a horrible mess! They said the order will take 30 minutes it took almost an hour and they still got everything... wrong. We ordered wings and a chicken sandwich. For sides we ordered wedges and had celery sticks. To start of they forgot toput any ranch in the bag thankfully we caught that before driving off. When we got home we noticed the wedges were still raw inthe middle. Potatoes not soft I can basically snap the wedge in half. We had to COOK it ourselves. The celery sticks were old.They were not crispy they smelled weird and were soft. The edges of the celery were brown. We ordered Caribbean jerk the boxsays Caribbean jerk but they had Nashville chicken in the box which we never ordered. No Caribbean jerk. Chicken barely got anysauce on it and were dry. You took $50 for raw potatoes, old celery sticks, the wrong flavor wings and dry wings that seemed tojust be sitting outside for a while. Read more
