Love me some Chipotle, but this particular location was pretty bad. No trays, burrito had a hanging piece of steak after it... wasn't rolled up very well, alarm was beeping non-stop. At least the food was good as one would expect from Chipotle. Read more
Never order online pick up, your guaranteed to get a sloppy thrown together bowl that will be missing something. What i don't... understand is they have a whole shelving system put in place where its organized based on letters in last name and they don'teven use it, instead they throw it on the counter next to them and no one knows if you can grab it or not. This Chipotle location is terrible. Today pick was over 45 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. I can understand... it's the lunch rush but 45 minutes is a bit excessive. The orders are constantly messed up or missing something, such as meat ina vegetarian meal, sour cream added, and rice being very hard and crunchy are only a few examples. Have never read through the reviews for this location but it makes sense now. I don?t understand what it is about this location... but the employee who packages the pick up orders is always so annoyed by people picking up their orders. I have experienced 2different employees who both had such an attitude and make you feel like inconvenience. My tortilla was balled up and wrappedin foil - useless. There was something off about the queso - tasted sour Watermelon limeade was just lime juice and water.Mandarin was better Food quality is suspect - I believe I am having a touch of food poisoning but glad I didn?t order a proteinand only got Veggie. I just ordered chips and guac and I ended up with cheese in my guacamole. Also the chips don?t have any salt or lime on them.... Taste really bland. There was also no onions or cilantro in the guac as you can see in the pictures. :( Read more
i came to chipotle today been craving it for the past week now thinking it?s about to be good and worth the wait. let me just... say it was horrible, i went with my mom and brother. the staff they was alright but the portions were ridiculous the girl putnot even half of scoop of rice. ik they get introuble due to giving too much food but paying 15 dollars for half a bowl iscrazy. i literally spent 45 dollars just on two bowls and a burrito idk how but yea i?m not going back. atleast give a generousamount Read more
I have now received meat in my veggie orders 4 consecutive times. 3 times in a burrito and now once in a quesadilla. It?s... obvious that it?s intentional at this point. I was willing to give this location the benefit of the doubt the first coupletimes, but at this point they are blatantly disregarding order requests. I was an employee at chipotle for over a year, it?s notdifficult to not put meat in a VEGGIE order. I will not be ordering from this location again until something changes. Read more
Horrible service! They females works were focused on talking to their friends standing between customers. Another one was on a... video call and was taking her time to restock the missing items. The line was out the door and they didn't not care. They wereout of the meat I ordered so she put the one piece that was there and covered it up with the beans. Then took my bowl and pushedit away to the other young lady to let her know she wasn't doing anything else with the order. It was my first time at thislocation and the last. I looked at the reviews and saw that many had experienced the same rude and nasty attitude from the youngladies. It is sad because there were actually two ladies working. One was was on orders in the back, the other was in the frontand was just as shocked over the other employees behavior. Read more
