Asked for everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese - heated and well toasted. When we received it, it was cold and the... bagels were so chewy. It did not taste like the fresh ones. We ordered Hazelnut coffee as well. That was good. The staff wasok- they don't greet back, dont have a smile on their face so it was a below average experience overall. Won't prefer to stopby again. I attended the university be this store and I?ve been coming here for a few years. I Can honestly say that I love the food,... however every time I went to Manhattan Bagel something was always wrong with my order. And when I bring it up the cook I wouldget an attitude. I went back a few days ago and they got my order wrong AGAIN!!!!!! I asked for bagels and I got croissants eventho they changed the bread they still didn?t make the changes that I ask you when I ordered my meal. I?ve also notice a trendin these reviews. The owner would respond to the bad reviews, apologies and state that it?s not the way he wants his store toviewed. But I can see that no changes have been made. Read more
On my way to Starbucks I saw this place and decided to try their bagel! Be careful of the prices sometimes more expensive than... it says with the salmon cost about $13! The salesman at the cash register got distracted 2-3 times he asked me back what Iwanted! Still got it all wrong ! When I asked him to change it, he claimed I had said otherwise! That is, he accused me of lying..., Well, a girl who remade my order to me after all just threw Yes threw my order on the counter! Really nice place, you don't see places like this in local area. It's clean, spacious and I like the choice of meals. There... might be a waiting time, seems they don't have a big staff but not bad at all. Read more
One Of their lady employee she said she is supervisor, 2 weeks ago she really misbehaved with customers. Also she said she don?t... care about customers. If it?s going like this Manhattan bagel will lose their reputation as fast as possible. Read more

They always get your orders wrong the guy seems to have a attitude all the time you can ask them for no cheese he still put it... and he changes prices all the time I order the same thing every day and believe me every day it?s different prices it ridiculousif he doesn?t like his job he should not work there or cook the food what the use of coming to work with attitude because hiscustomer service sucks i would recommend going to Totowa if you want better service also I ordered a corn muffin the ladygave me something totally different..
