We really loved this place but the last experience we had was awful! Not only do we ALWAYS leave a $20 tip to the servers we... also always leave a separate tip to the sushi chefs. We go in and they had reserved tables so they tried to accommodateus?thanks for that?but there was a lady that was already seated next to us who had a DOG! The dog was in a carriage (made itlook like a baby and it was a puppy) I?m VERY allergic to dogs and how gross would it be that a dog hair flew into my sushi! Wekindly asked the server if we could please sit in the other table without the dog near us?she looked annoyed and screamed thatit was reserved and she was doing us a favor so we left?Called another sushi place because that was just gross?please beware andcall ahead to make sure no animals were there prior to your visit if you have an allergy to dogs like me. Excellent food. I have enough vegan selection to choose and all delicious. My wife and daughter loves the hand rolls and other... sushi selection. Service is excellent (Mary, Ling and Cindy). It's BYOB also if you want to enjoy your wine. I suggest callfirst for reservation so that you have a table when you arrived. Read more
Interesting selection of rolls, staff were very nice and the food came out the quickest I've experienced at an all you can eat... sushi restaurant. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Pricing is the average for all you can eat, between $25-$30. Alsobeware Miga is a small place, so it might fill up fast for dine in. Read more
The food is good but they can't get orders right over the phone. If you order exactly 1 thing they are fine, but if you have... substitutions they mess up. I ordered 1 chicken teriyaki Bento box and told them I wanted Sweet ]otato roll instead ofCalifornia roll. I also said I wanted vegetable tempura instead of shrimp tempura. Instead I got the bento box with nosubstitions , a separate order of sweet potato roll,another California roll,a separate vegetable tempura. My meal went frommaybe $15, to $45! Read more
The food is as good as, if not better than the Denville branch. Fresh and good quality sashimi/sushi. The service is good, but... not as good as the Denville branch (3 waitresses compared to 5). No wait at 6pm when I arrived 6pm on Friday but the place ispacked by 7pm. Will definitely go back soon. Read more
Excellent rolls and well organized Buffet. Loved the ordering system. Can't wait to go back.
Went with two buddies on a Friday night and were seated right away. Waitress was attentive and took our drink order right away.... I don't eat sushi but there were enough options on the all your can eat menu that I definitely didn't go hungry. The other twoguys devoured three orders of assorted sushi and we all had dessert. I am giving it 4 stars as compared to other all you can eat sushi. We live in NYC. It's far from home but we would... return. They don't pretend to be Japanese, it's straight up Chinese. They speak Mandarin. There are 200 dialects of Chinese.But the CCP made Mandarin the official language of China. It was clean and the staff was nice. The service was good.It was the going rate for a Chinese buffet. Read more
