The fish sandwich that we got was quail cooked and had a nice toasty bun as well as very fresh lettuce. I would definitely order... the fish sandwich again. The food was okay but they didn't give my whole order. I ordered fish n chips which they surely charged me $5.99 plus tax. But... when it came to dispensing the order left it out. Really upset when I got home and my food was not there. Read more
The french fries are soggy, a little raw, under cooked, and from the appearance it seems the oil hasnt been changed in a while.... Note the dark, burned specs sticking to the fries. The good news is they have a combo meal less than $12. Just around $8 for thenuggets, fries and drink. Too bad the taste is not great like they used to be. At the Paramus Park Mall, they still havehamburgers, but they really overpriced them and tastes just as bad as NY burgers. Such a shame since Nathans used to have someof the best burgers and fries. I think they changed management or food suppliers in the past few years and that lead to the hugedrop in food quality, taste and a huge rise in price to the customer. Read more
Ordered a Krispy chicken sandwich, my wife ate half of it before noticing the bread had mold on the bottom. Extremely disgusting... and lack of care in preparation. The sales rep did not offer a full refund and instead suggested I take a refund on the sandwichonly. Extremely disappointed. Read more
Went here and got some Chicken Tenders with fries along with sharing some fish as well. All in all the food was great, no... complaints from me. I like crispy fries although that's personal preference so I won't detract a star for that reason. Wouldrecommend! Read more
If you?re going to order food just make sure that the manager Luis isn?t there. His horrible communication skills will guarantee... a messed up order 2 out of 3 times. The people working there deserve better management. Read more
