Personally, I would rate my experience at Outback Steakhouse a 10/10, without a doubt. This is largely due to the incredible and... sincere service from my new friend, Crystal. Not only did she make me and my company feel more welcomed, Crystal provided toptier service throughout our stay, constantly checking up on us and making sure everything was the way it should be. Crystal?spositive personality and kind-hearted service elevated our dining experience and made my day even better. From giving us helpfulinsight about items on the menu, to cracking hilarious jokes, Crystal can do it all. She deserves the 5 star rating, and so muchmore. I want to take this opportunity to extend a "Kudos" to Damian who was our server this evening. Damian was polite and... professional. Damian also checked in with us several times, such as he made sure our dinner was fine and to make sure that wewere comfortable. Damian did an "excellent" job and we really appreciate his hospitality. I also want to acknowledge Ms.Madison the Manager who greeted us as well. She was very friendly and checked in with us and also thanked us for dining at theOutback Steakhouse in Wayne. Had a nice dinner here. Our waitress, was Angelica, who had a welcoming smile and personality. She brought us our drinks quickly... along with warm bread and butter. Our prime rib steaks were cooked perfectly. The sides (cream of spinach and baked potato) wereexcellent too. We did have a little room to split a dessert which finished off our excellent dinner! Had a great experience as always at the Wayne Outback. My husband loves the new Toowoomba salmon and my sirloin is always... delicious. Had desert tonight also. Came here for my mom's bday Great atmosphere our waitress was amazzzing. Food was phenomenal, seriously everything was on point.... The twisted ribs were the best any one has ever had anywhere else they fell right off the bone. The steaks were cooked toperfection. Thank you Outback for an amazing bday for my mom. Read more
I have not been to this Outback in at least a year and a half. I had a craving for a steak and baked potato. I was surprised at... how quiet the place was, but I was early... it was only 4:45pm. I put in my order and the server was very polite. My saladarrived promptly but it seemed my dinner was taking a long time. At 5:15pm the server came over and informed me they were outof baked potatoes and were making more. However, it would be another 45 MINUTES if I wanted a baked potato. There were maybe 30people max in the restaurant. Did EVERYONE order a baked potato? It seems if you are a restaurant and most of your business isgoing to be between 5pm and 8pm, wouldn't you make sure you had enough prepared? If they are out of baked potatoes by 5pm, howmany did they have ready. I cancelled my order. The manager came over to try and convince me to accept another side. If Iwanted another side, I would have ordered it! He could not explain why they were out of their popular side so early in theevening.
