Simply terrible. Not the first time that they have messed up an order. We have been going here for many years and the food has... always been good but lately every time we order it never comes the way you want it. We ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich withlettuce tomato and mayo on the side and what we got was a chicken parm with mayo on the side and also a pasta dish with lightsauce and heavy sauce. The people who take the phone orders need to know what they are doing. Food went in garbage because wecould not eat it !!!!! Read more

I’m an elderly woman who wanted to treat herself to an Italian dinner. I was really looking forward to the meal. As I entered... the restaurant, a large party occupying the whole first level was leaving. The owner said I’d be seated after the remainingguests left and they cleaned up. This was okay with me. I stood in line for a bit and decided to leave because it was freezingin there, even though I had a jacket on I was very cold. The owner asked why I was leaving and I told him. He promised to turnthe ac up, so I got back in line. After waiting about 10 minutes, I decided to leave because the place was still cold and verynoisy. The owner again asked if I was leaving and I said “yes.” He commenced to call me “nasty” and to “never comeback.” I tried to explain, but he was on a rant and told me to “get out.” He continued with his tirade as I walked to thedoor repeating that I’m “nasty” and to “never come back.” He shouted so loudly that everyone in the long line heardhim. In my 71 years on earth I’ve never before been publicly humiliated! I wouldn’t think someone who is in the business ofserving the public would be so rude and nasty without cause. Ordered a Slice order on 8/19 that was supposed to be large pizza half extra cheese and half meatballs and gluten free penne... vodka. Got the order the pizza was whole extra cheese and meatballs which im not complaining about. Noticed this morning thereceipt said penne vodka and not gluten free penne vodka. My son ate that yesterday and was up all night with stomach problemsas he has a gluten allergy. With the pizza order not correct don't have confidence the pasta was gluten free either Read more

I used to like this place. And the food & service are great. But like many others, they are now passing on their credit card... fees as a line item on the bill. Are you kidding? What a way to end up with a sour taste after a great meal. I guess I should bethankful, as I now confirm when making reservations if that is the practice of the restaurant. If so, I go elsewhere. I used to really love this place. In fact, my latest meal was delicious. But, like many others, they are passing on credit card... charges to the patron. Overall the bruschetta chicken... cutlet sandwich was absolutely heavenly. free surface parking lot and they offer daily lunch specials. They have extensive winelist. No long wait.
