I?m being generous with 3 stars due to my past experiences. The deli always gets something wrong on my order, I get overcharged... when some items are supposed to be marked down, some of the cashiers are beyond slow causing a massive line. It?s just alwayssomething. Here is an attached picture of an incident that just occurred yesterday. Every time I order a sandwich from the deliI order the exact same one. Couple of items on the sandwich is extra oil and extra vinegar ? I get home last night after a solid20 min walk and there?s not ONE drop of oil or vinegar on the top or bottom of the sandwich. The taller lady who?s working over night making the sandwiches has horrible customer service. She?ll speak about customers in... third person as if we can?t hear her. Like if u have a bad attitude and impatience y work customer service during nights. Read more
Usually, best subs sandwiches. Not today. I asked for wheat and received white. Which I have an mild allergy to flour. ... Ingredients were just scattered and piled on sandwich without thought. This quick chek has gone downhill, badly!!! They can't even get a toasted portuguese roll with less butter right, it comes out... cold, more butter than normal and not crispy. Several times, staff inside store has changed and not for the better, hopefullynew owners will make changes ..... Very convenient store, can always get gas and pick up a few items if needed. Have had 1 or 3 minor issues with the self service... payment machines. It also has free air, which has come in useful when you don't have cash. Reason I gave it 3 stars and not 4 isthat both air machine hose are both torn and they tried putting a band aid on instead of fixing it (taped the both hoses withduct tape), that doesn't really work - slowly takes out air.
