This Place needs a new Manager! It is infuriating how they prioritize Online orders and not the orders coming in right in front... of them! I waited 40 min for egg whites! There was no one on the line why I really decided for a quick stop for egg whites andcontinue to work. Ordered and waited so people kept coming making orders and they were making orders but none for the peoplewaiting. After like 25 min I was annoyed but still waiting people came and left. Me and other customers began to complain whichwe were completely ignored. But to then wait another 25 min was just plain wrong. I understand ordering ahead but I suggesttaken care of the customers who are coming and ordering right in front of you. Read more

Are you kidding me? I ordered a latte with regular milk and I guess they forgot to put coffee in it. I went back and told the... cashier girl then i proceed to throw the cup in the garbage. If you are going to put ppl to serve as barista, make sure theyknow what a coffee bean looks like first. I've read how horrible this shop at Willowbrook mall is, i guess this confirms that. Absolutely the worst experience. There was a 30 minutes wait and had a full staff of employees. They decided to bring Josh out... and take names and orders but still people waited and were all upset. Btw all I ordered was a Java frappe! Too many youngemployees! Read more

Not too long ago I was at Starbucks with my daughter, prior to this experience I never had any problems with this Starbucks in... particular and have always enjoyed the customer service. Recently however, I was there and there was one employee that stood outto me. Whoever was at the register and took my order, had great customer service, but I noticed in the back there was sometension amongst the other employees. I managed to see her name tag and I believe her name is aliyah. Not sure if she is themanager, but she was definitely not being professional with the other employees. The manner in which she was speaking to themseemed oddly aggressive and it was clear it was making other employees uncomfortable. I don?t know if this sort of behaviorhappens often but I hate to see other employees feel uncomfortable in their work space and it was definitely something I caughton to. Another customer that was standing along side me noticed as well and we gave each other disapproving glances about themanagement so it?s clear I was not the only one noticing. Hope management gets better there for the sake of the employees andcustomers because I would hate for her to be taking my order or anyone else?s. Read more

No line and I was figuring I would be able to get in and out with a quick espresso shot. I guess I didnt factor in the 20 mobile... orders. So it took 15 minutes to get an espresso shot. Read more
