Today was the most disappointing service. 4 guys there but only seem like 2 and a half were working. 1 guy moping and 1 guy... manning the drive thru and making the drinks at a super slow rate! 1 walking around like he was on a break and 1 guy at theregister did ring me up and heated up the 2 croissants but by the time I got the 2 coffees, 20 minutes later, the croissantswere cold! Whats worse is that it wasn't busy at all and they guys spent their time chatting about a song. Definitely needs areal manager to be managing it at night. Read more

Visited this location today after being away since the start of COVID. I placed my order and waited awhile. After about 10... minutes and no one asking me if I needed assistance I inquired about my order. Apparently my order was ready but no one (andthere were about 5 people on staff) told me. I stayed outside with my friends and we ordered multiple drinks and snacksthroughout our time there. Closing time had come but no one said anything to us so we kept talking thinking that maybe it wasjust inside that needed to close up. 11pm hits and a staff member comes out and says ?can you guys leave? We?ve already stayedlate and can?t let people stay here?. My friends and I thought that was extremely rude and would have left earlier had we beeninformed we couldn?t stay outside. It's really unfortunate to see how this Starbucks treats women delivery partners (Uber, Doordash, etc.) like garbage. I was... recently in the line to make an order when a woman working for Uber or Doordash came in and spoke with a staff member. Evenafter I took my order and sat down, she was still waiting to pick up her order. After a while, she became furious because herorder was ready, but the staff member either didn't give her order or didn't notify her at all. The staff member left with noplausible explanation. Unlike other comments on this page, the staff members look down on delivery partners who are trying todo their jobs like the rest of us. I condemn this behavior of Starbucks. Please visit another Starbucks. Read more

Updating the review Adding one more star. Improvement from my last visit , bit faster then yesterday highly suggest at least... during busy hours , please have more then 1 machine on, may be it's but the long car queues shows other wise . Generally a decent Starbuck unless you order something ?different?. Employees don?t know how to handle it and it doesn?t seem... like there is a knowledgeable manager there. Read more
