A typical Starbucks but this one has especially excellent service. Sadly, every Starbucks has pretty terrible food. The eggbites... are the only consistent option worth going back for. Drinks are great just overpriced. Much like the food, $5-6 for a grilledcheese rofl! Corporate Starbucks setting prices is out of their minds. Regardless, Starbucks is a necessity for a lot of us,given their hours and service. And this one especially has brilliant service, better then any other nearby. I was so shocked on Saturday when the barista in the West Bell plaza Starbucks became very agitated, unnecessarily loud and... aggressive towards me after asking her to please fix my drink and a simple misunderstanding. As I stood there in shock, theshift supervisor Jayson Zelaya came over immediately and begin to profusely apologize for her behavior, as he heard and saweverything. Though she was so inappropriate and rude, Jayson was so nice. He came back moments later with a free drink cardand said that he had reprimanded her behavior. Jayson even gave me a free iced tea and cake pop. He definitely went out of theway to make me feel better. Thank you Jayson! Read more
Never a problem here at all. The baristas are always a delight and helpful. They make my drink perfectly and sometimes even... better than that. It's very rare these days to have an issue. The line can be long at times and block some of the spaces butthat's no one's fault. They're in a very popular location so this happens. Read more
Another place that I really like is this one... Starbucks. I always come to the drive thru because I?m always in a hurry and no... matter how big the line is , you never take too long waiting and they always give you your drink very delicious. Another placeto recommend! Read more
Most unsanitary Starbucks I have ever visited! I chose not to post pictures of how untidy and disgusting the bathroom was. It?s... clear the staff does nothing to clean during the day. This is on top of the poor service. The staff was completely oblivious tohow unhappy the customers were at the slow service and goofing off behind the counter. Will never come back. Read more
I come here a few mornings a week, always great service and a great drink. Today Juliet was awesome her personality shined... through and made my morning. It was a quick 2.7 second interaction through the drive Thru window but it was enough to shift mymorning to the better. And as always, my drink is great. Read more
