Food test was just ok - Veggie Bean Burrito & cheese quesadilla. Was busy on Labor Day weekend. Only 3 staff members were there... so was not easy for them to handle all customers needs I guess. Found tables easily for seating. Read more

Today I went to taco bell in willowbrook mall. First I ask for one supreme crunch which is 4.19 on the website and when i payed... i had to pay for two which isn?t what I asked for. Then they made me wait 10 minutes when there supposed to be a fast food placeand came out and told me they cancelled my order. Once I finally got my order after waiting for 15 minutes I only get one taconot two which is what I paid for and when going up to say something they tried to start an argument telling me I only paid forone which is completely ridiculous. This Taco Bell is located in the most crowded food court I have ever been to. The parking lot is miserable, traffic is terrible,... and it's nowhere close to the highway - do NOT go here if you're trying to make a quick stop. Plus some of the prices are overdouble the prices at other Taco Bell I've been to. Read more
