Made reservations for dinner on a Friday night for which you have to provide a credit card. During our time at the restaurant... there were an abundance of open tables and they were taking walk ins so the cc thing didn’t seem warranted. The food was verygood. The calamari appetizer was uniquely tasty. Wait staff was good although we did wait for a drink we ordered for a while, wechalked it up to things happen. We had the chicken dish and the linguini. Both were very good. Price wise it was steep for us,so we probably won’t go back, but cost is probably due to rising prices of food and the noted chef so it’s understandable. One thing I can say was outstanding was the ambiance. The place is in a strip mall, but once you are inside you’d never knowthat. It’s a warm inviting atmosphere with minimal rustic decor, which makes you forget what’s outside. Read more

My 5 year old son was my date tonight at Viaggio. He wants to be a chef when he grows up and as soon as our lovely waitress,... Laura, heard, she arranged for a tour of the kitchen and opportunity for Liam to meet the restaurant staff and chef. Liam wasover the moon and I can't thank Laura and Luis enough for the unforgettable experience! Read more

So happy I found this place. Came yesterday for dinner around 6:30pm on a Saturday. The service was outstanding. Our waitress... very kindly explained the menu since it was our first time there and made some great recommendations. We took her word for itand ordered what she recommended. The food was amazing. We got a salad app and a dumpling first course to share. I ordered thepork loin special which was unbelievable. Their chefs clearly know what they are doing and the science of food and what flavorsgo well together. My husband had the hanger steak which was also amazing. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. Read more

I would have loved to given this place 5 stars but I was extremely turned off by something we experienced during our dinner.... Don’t get me wrong, Viaggio is beautiful on the inside- the low key ambiance, the music, and BYOB is a plus! It’s my kind ofdate night. The staff were very attentive and the food was amazing! My only turn off was we felt rushed. The waitress had askedfor our entire order once we sat down in which we had requested and emphasized not to bring out the apps and entrees all atonce. We received our apps and I believe within 5 mins, the waitress tried to take our dishes when we had not finished. Sheresponded “no worries take your time” which was the intent. Another 5 mins had passed and a different waiter came to grabour plates. Then yet, again, another 5 mins passed and I believe the buss boy tried to grab our plates. We literally timed eachmoment staff came to our table to retrieve our plates. It was such a disruption and extremely frustrating. Once we finally gavein and the waitress took our apps, 2 mins later our entrees were brought to our table and once again every 5 mins we were askedif we were done. I’m all for an attentive staff, but this isn’t being attentive. This is rushing your customers out of therestaurant. We were really confused because it wasnt busy at all. There were about 4-6 empty tables and our reservations was for6:30pm on a Saturday night! I mean the longer we would have stayed, the more we would have ordered but I guess this restaurantdoesn’t see it that way. It’s really a shame, because as I mentioned, the food and the setting was great- just hated that wewere rushed while we were trying to enjoy a romantic date night. Can’t really say if I’d go back, but if I do I would reallyhope we aren’t rushed out of there again. Read more

Finally made it to Viaggio and it did not disappoint! Everything and everyone from start to finish was fantastic. Our server... (forget her name) was awesome. All of our food was top notch. The calamari appetizer was excellent as well as the special squashblossoms appetizer which is always a treat. The pasta was fresh and cooked perfectly which was refreshing. Highly recommendstopping in and don't let the facade fool you! This is a top notch restaurant. Definitely adding Robbie Felice's otherrestaurant, Osteria Crescendo, to the list now too! Read more

Exceeded our expectations both in terms of flavor and service. Every staff member was friendly and engaged, there were... absolutely no hiccups. The food came out with perfect pacing and was a complete delight. For 2 people, we shared the beets andcauliflower apps, both were sensational. The pairing of mint and pistachio (2 ways) with the beats was a highlight. Thecauliflower app (not pictured), while almost monochromatic in presentation was terrific. The batter was light and crispy, withoodles of flavor, especially with the squeeze of lemon. Next up was the pasta. We went with the ravioli with the balsamic andbrown butter sauce. It came out looking heavy but was actually perfectly balanced and surprisingly light. It disappeared beforeour eyes. The herb roasted cod was next and was packed with flavor and depth. It could've possibly used a tad less salt in thesauce, but that largely comes down to personal taste. It's a very robust fish and the sauce held up to it very well. I'm glad weshared this one, it was pretty intense. Out of morbid curiosity more than anything else, we ventured forward with one of thesteak specials. Everything had been so very good, I would've kicked myself for not trying the steak. Since we had shared thecod, and since everything else was so light, we still had a little bit of room. The funghi misti and smashed potatoes on theside absolutely made the dish sing. The strip was perfectly cooked, no complaints there, with a healthy ribbon of fat along theside to give you a range of flavor profiles depending on your preference. Those potatoes and mushrooms, though! Combined witheach bite of the steak, it was outstanding. We finished up with the pana cotta. The texture of the granita provided greatcontrast and a bright burst of flavor while the creamy panna cotta did its thing down below. It was a great finish to aspectacular meal. We'll be back later this month for my wife's birthday. Lastly, while we were there, we learned that yo Read more
