Staff and management have the worst attitude. The website said there's a mobile pick up/carry out. I parked and said "I'm here"... from the email. No one came for 20 min. I enter the drive through, which defeats the purpose. The manager insisted there's nomobile pick up and that service isn't offered. I tell her about the website and mobile parking signs outside, and she deniedthis was true. I told her to go look. I said my order is over 30 min old and cold by now. They're trying to hand it to me. Irefuse and ask for my money back; manager says I need to request this through the company. I'll dispute this with my bank. Read more

Fast food restaurants are only as good as their team. It is up to HR to filter out people who are not qualified. HR sets the... correct work environment. Each position is to be taken seriously, especially in the food industry. For ex., the food receivermust inspect for food freshness, correct temperature and expiration dates. I've seen a Gal. of Milk to be sold with an overdueexpiration date, in a Major Supermarket. No process can skipped, it's intolerable. My review here, good team, good product. Read more

Worst fast food place ever! Nearly an hour passed after ordering to actually getting our food with only 2 single people in front... of us. Not sure how a place with only the drive-thru open managed that one. Not like we got anything special either, just two#1?s and a kids meal. When the food finally arrived, surprisingly it was cold and also missing one of the fries, and everythingtasted like it had been sitting around all day. Total waste of money. The owner(s) should be ashamed of themselves, no idea howcorporate lets embarrassments like this operate under their name. Don?t waste your time or money. Read more

On March 12, 11:35 pm I had the worst customer service of my life. The lady taking my order, then the same one giving me my food... was extremely rude. I will not be bringing my money back to Wendy?s. She shouldn?t take out her anger of customers. Read more

I generally do not give negative feedback. However this place deserve negative stars. Poor poor poor service. They prepared my... order wrong and instead of chicken burgers, gave hamburgers. Ordered one regular nuggets and one spicy nuggets, they preparedboth spicy nuggets. When called, whoever was on the phone was pathetic, rude and kept saying they couldn't find my order tocross check. I had to drive to the their place again. No sorry, no apology. They did change my burgers once I reach there, butoverall poor experience. I would not recommend this place. Read more
