Stopped in for an early bite on a Friday afternoon. Bonus, got to watch the Phillies game, great atmosphere for watching... sports. We had the mushroom flatbread and some kind of a harvest bowl. Both were delicious and large in portions. I woulddefinitely go back on a nice day and sit outside on there terrace for lunch or brunch. Read more
What a lovely place to dine, recommended by Pattye of Great Valley House B&B. It had THE best calemari, and a fun pretzel twist... appetizer. My Dark and Stormy drink was perfectly made!!! The Chicken Burger was delish and the roasted veggies beautiful. I gotthe pot pie which naturally hits the spot. There is so much history it would be nice if it was more evident to read about it,but Kevin was able to share some stories when asked. Read more
Awesome atmosphere with delicious food (good portions). I highly recommend the fish tacos, Brussels sprouts and sweet potato... fries. I also appreciate that they have happy hour specials as well as a kids menu which includes a drink and dessert. Read more
BLAND - Everything “looks” great but sadly is not. I got the ale burger, it was cooked perfectly, but the flavor just was... not there. My wife said the same about the Mediterranean salad. I’m open to the possibility that our meals were bad choices(burger at a tavern shouldn’t be) or that we caught them on a bad day, either way, we won’t be going back. Read more

It was our first visit to this restaurant and we were very impressed with all aspects of dining here. Great tasting food (had... Pork Belly wraps, Shrimp and Grits and Big Ale Burger + 2 wonderful choices of beer). Nice service. Interesting and comfortableambiance. And very good value for all the above. Definitely coming back for more. P.S. Our third visit was even better then thefirst two. The food was the same yummy, but the service was much more efficient and nice. Our second visit was for dinner andthe service wasn't that great because they were very busy. We think that Lunch time works better for us. This time we've triedFish and fries and Brussel sprouts, and both were just outstanding in taste as well as the portion size. Thanks to the wholeteam. 1st time here. The place is decorated very nice for the holidays. We came for lunch. I had the blacken fish Tacos which were... salmon. I thought that was a nice twist. They are spicy. If you're not a fan of spice pick something else. My husband had theclub sandwich. We both enjoyed our meals. We finished with me having the apple crisp which was more apple thN crisp. This was our 3rd visit (1st since covid) and overall was thrilled. My first issue was that I made a reservation online but never... received a confirmation email (open table) however I called and they were able to get my reservation confirmed. We were in theupstairs and while it was "out of the way" it was nice because it was quieter. We got an app, many drinks, 5 entries anddessert. There was an issue with one of the entries but the manager was able to rectify the issue and compensated us for thetime/issue. Overall the food was delicious!!! Would definitely go again. Read more
