So incredibly rude. My order was canceled as they do not have any delivery drivers. Not sure how they can't find anybody to... deliver pizza, they charge $4 for delivery and get a tip on top of that. They charged my credit card even though they were theones that canceled my order. Apparently the manager has no control to reimburse me. She was very rude as well. I'm onlylooking for my money back. I have visited this place. However, I couldn't succeed in ordering. I couldn?t understand the person in the counter and I asked... him repeatedly the question. The person in the counter walked away. I felt he is very rude at that point of time and I said tocancel my order and came out. I was very much disappointed and also felt to give bad review. However, I stopped while pressingthe "post" button. I imagined from his perspective and felt that he might be working long hours and may be having difficulty inpronouncing the words or may be I was not used to his ascent. He did come back to counter after a lady there spoke to him andsent him back to counter. I must have been ordered in my phone ahead and picked the order at counter. It should've been conflictfree. Unfortunately my phone battery dead during that time. Though I am not supporting him for his behavior but I do support forhis commitment of work. I love to go there again when I come to Pennsylvania, but I make sure to order in phone, which can makehis job easier. I appreciate if Domino's can find some solution to avoid these kind of conflicts. Read more
Worst customer service we ever got.male person today at 7:40 pm was so rude. He put veggies after baking pizza and we told him.... He said we don?t want it and this guy said I am calling cops. We said ok go ahead. We told him we don?t want pizza please refundit and he was not willing to do so. We always order from this store. Girl working there is so nice and smiling but this guy wasnot good. For owner as franchisee I don?t want to review negative but this guy was very rude. Very rude staff. Multiple times having the employees say very rude things to me, and most of the times the orders take an hour... plus to be done, when the original timeframe is no more than 25 minutes. One time I never received my pizza, because theydecided to shut down in the middle of the day and the money had already been taken out of my account. When I called for arefund, they said sure but never did, called a few more times with no answer. Finally I just had to dispute the charge with mybank. Read more
Would have given 0 stars but that's not an option. This was the first time I was able to get this location to deliver in the... past 2 months. 3 times before that I placed my order only wait 45 min. To have it refunded. This location has completely lostall known ability to how a pizza is made. I think when the owner hires an employee, he throws them a shirt and says "just followthe pictures on the wall" and runs out the door, and after he pays them there first paycheck he makes them manager of the place.If you are a gluten for punishment you can order food from here but trust me on this. If you actually are able to even place anorder which I doubt and it's not refunded which is even more likely. You will have the experience that I just had. Half cookedfood and a whole night of sitting on the toilet wishing i had covid again. At least half way through the night with Covid I wasable to go to bed. With this food it sprayed from my balloon knot well into the morning and left me raw and moody for theinsueing day. The stomach cramps were the worst I ever had. This store has been in a downward spiral for the past few years andI think the bad reputation will never be able to be forgotten and the store is well beyond saving. For all that is holy pleaseorder from anyplace else. All you are doing is allowing the overprivileged teens that work there job security for doing theworst job in the history of domino's. Don?t order from here. I placed an order today for carry out. After the order was placed, one of the guys that works there... called my phone and said ?Hi this is Domino?s. When you order carry out, leave a tip. I have to walk outside in the heat to yourcar so I expect to be given a tip? in a nasty tone to which I replied ?are you kidding me right now? i was going to give youcash, but now I?m not giving you anything for being like this!? ((I?m a Hairstylist, I understand that gratuity is honestly thebest given in cash, I literally never not tip because I know how it feels)) and he replied with ?oh okay well you didn?t leaveit on the card so I'm just gonna take my sweet time making your food?. Great experience!! Thank you so much to the young man that made my pizza today. He accidentally couldn?t find the salami (can?t... blame him for that, I lose things all the time ????) but he offered to make me another one with salami after he found itlater!!! He also threw in a dessert to be extra nice. I hope he gets a raise and is treated well by all customers. What a niceguy. I hope he sees this. Placed an order at about 11:07 because i saw they closed at 12. Got a notification that my order was cancelled. I called and i... was in the middle of telling them i placed an order etc and the man cut me off while i was talking and told me he didnt care, hehad no drivers, food put away and every excuse in the world.
