I love Five Guys burgers and french fries. There are a lot of toppings you can add to your sandwich and make it different. ... Sometimes I go for lettuce, tomato and, mayo while others I ask them add every single item on the menu. During my last visit thelady at the register had to close the register for a few minutes on go clean the mess some customers left behind. There werefries, napkins and, soda all over the table. Five guys is it great franchise establishment it depends on who is working on schedule overpriced for Burger $22 for one Burger.... Times is hard because it went to McDonald's a Burger King. I guess the people who work there saying find me one too treat me toothe same thing that you purchased. The food was horrible party served and then turn around and charge me $22 for a burger. Inormally paid for three burgers. You stand your ground to confront a human being and charge that human being the amount of moneyfor one Burger is outrageous. Mr Keith is an awesome dude and his crew all amazing people they are so nice compassionate caring they will get out their wayto serve you and the burgers and fries are awesome my God I love it and these people make me feel like I'm at home. I love this Five Guys location. The crew working there is always friendly and fast, and they take care to get the orders right... every time. I always come here when I?m in the area. It has ample wheelchair accessible seating, and the wait times are usuallylow. I always pick this place when I?m in the area. Read more
Good burger, but bad customer service. I ordered a burger and a milkshake. The burger came before the milkshake, so naturally... I asked if they were still going to make the milkshake to make sure that they didn't forget. Then I received an aggressiveresponse from the worker. Then when I got my milkshake, it wasn't even mixed. The burgers were ok but the bun was hard. And the fries were very soggy when I specifically ordered extra crispy and I even... HEARD the gal tell the cook. But no, we got SOGGY fries. Unacceptable. Love this place mostly for the food. It is all fresh and cooked to order. There are many toppings you can add to your burger for... free. There are also hot dogs, veggie sandwich, and grilled cheese available. The quality of it all is very high. The problemwith that is the food can take a while to come out sometimes. It is usually between 5-10 minutes after ordering. Five guys isgetting harder to recommend over time due to rising costs. I feel like everytime I come to this location the prices have goneup.
