Awesome create you own pizzas! Finally everyone gets their own customized pizza and not get charged a bizillion dollars for... toppings. There?s finally a place that offers gluten free pizza AND an option for non dairy cheese. The customer service isgreat, Chris at the store is absolutely awesome, thank you!!! Kevin greeted us from the get go and made the MOD experience the best we ever had. From the start he showed his passion for the... restaurant and wanted to be there. When making our pizzas Kevin explained everything from sizes, different toppings and sauces.He was very knowledgeable and made sure to get our orders right. For example, when I said ?I want some pepperoni? and ?I wantsome mushrooms? he made sure to emphasize it back to me and gave me the exact amount asked, not too few and not too muchoverloading the pizza. I really liked that about this MOD location. After, the ordered pizzas came out quick and tasted great.Pizzas were not burned or undercooked like I have experienced at other locations in different states across the country.Moreover, Kevin was friendly, got to know us, gave us some knowledgeable information about the city and overall was pleasant totalk to. We will definitely be back to this place not only to eat these amazing pizzas in this fantastic atmosphere, but todefinitely say hi to Kevin. Thank you very much for this incredible experience! In the past few visits a lot of waiting and bad service, if you have a short break do not go there for any pickup the average... waiting time is 15-20 plus minutes, false Advertising from them if you pick from online order . No manager was present everytime I was there and usually is around noon on the weekend when usually go for my break. This last visit a client fot a wrongorder and he asked to be fixed, one Yung lady didn't fix the problem and be sorry for the mistake. The client let not happy, andI can said the employees one in particular was rude and didn't care about the customer experience. Finlay after 20+ minutewaiting and see them doing prepping and organizing for half of the time I got my pizza. I wish I was able to speak with amanager but the manager wan not there, MAYBE THIS IS THE PROBLEM...!! This place I rated 5 stars one time, now is less then oneStar because this is not a pizza place this supposed to be people place... First time going to MOD Pizza was a great experience! I was going to get the mini 6" but was recommended to get the 11" MOD.... Which I was by far pleased by. They have all toppings in front of you like a subway or chipotle. Then they put into a fire stovewhich I thought was cool. For the 11" pizza and drink came out for $11.95 which I thought wasn't so bad at all. Filled me upeven though I only ate half. I really liked the kind staff being patient with me. My favorite place for a quick and tasty bite. MOD pizza has fresh toppings and doesn't charge you for any of them. Custom make... your own pie with anything it you can think of at an amazing price. I love this place!! Read more
