I just left the restaurant at 9:20pm on July 13th. First off, the food was absolutely terrible. I understand they are missing... some ingredients but the food we received should not be served at full prices. It looked like something a five year old made.Second, we ordered food at 8:50pm to sit down and eat. The restaurant closes at 9:00pm. No one told me upon ordering that theplace was closing. Then the manager comes over at 9:18pm saying ?by the way, we?re closed so you gotta go? in the rudest tonepossible. Like, cmon? Can?t she just say, ?I?m sorry but we?re closed now. I hope you can?? I wouldn?t have paid $45 for thefood if we couldn?t sit and eat it. I?m more than happy to leave when asked, but the terrible food and rude manager were reallyjust a killer combo. Really, they gotta dump that manager. I?m done with all Paneras. I can go eat at Red Robin for the pricesthey charge and skip getting evicted from my table. Skip Panera. Eat McDonalds, it tastes better. Or better yet, put a slice ofbologna on wonder bread and save yourself $45. Read more
The service was really bad, and they kicked innocent kids out although there was still much room left for other customers. Not... only were they treating their student customers extremely bad, they split up friends, not caring if one had Panera. There is oneemployee who harassed the students constantly and watches them around for the second they finish their food they are kicked fromthe restaurant no matter if there are any new customers. There is just one employee however, the cashiers and everyone else waskind besides one solo employee who is on the lookout. This will drive away all business and we wish this employee would leave orcalm down a bit. Very disappointed. Read more
If I can give this place 0 stars I would. The manager at this location is HORRIBLE. She does not know how to talk to customers.... I accidentally entered the wrong address for my order and when I called to have it fixed she told me is was all my fault andthat she would not help me. Had she simply said she couldn?t do anything on her end, I would have understood, but her tone andword choice made me very unsettled. Whoever made her a manger should reconsider their decisions. I ordered curbside and the woman shoved my food in my open window, thankfully I had my hand up ready to grab it or it would have... gone all over me. The food tasted good but was thrown together very poorly, I got a wrap and it was folded over poorly so that Ihad thick tortilla in every bite. I won?t be going back. Read more
The egg on the breakfast sandwich was totally flavorless and seemed likely that it was microwaved. The chocolate croissant was... super dry, and rather than being baked with the Chocolate in it, it was just cut in half with it spread inside which made itsuper messy. Staff was very kind though. Would not come back. When I tried to return it they said ?oh it?s only this many oz and we can?t do anything ? never coming here... again. Paid $11 for nothing when I could have gone to wegmans for a whole lb of boars head. Read more
