Would love to make this meal a regular occurrence but 20$+ for soup and small salad is not acceptable for anyone with a family.
Workers are very rude and obviously don't want to be there. Very bad for business. Use to be much better in terms of service.
Buyer beware. Beyond frustrated. My wife just picked up two create your own salads from your location and it was a complete... ripoff. She paid $41.45 for 2 salads. YES I SAID 2 salads with NO proteins and it was 41.45 US Dollars!!! They were not overlystuffed as you can see in the pictures. And for what they charge for an extra topping, they really should provide a fair helpingof it. They did say it was going to cost extra for the extra toppings, however no mention was made on what each topping wouldcost or that it costs $1.79 for an extra dressing because we didn?t know which one we?d like. And to boot, the place smelledlike sour milk. You should know what you are walking into and what to expect. The one positive was the staff was very nice. Read more
I have ordered through DoorDash for this restaurant a few different times, and each time I have, my order is missing an item... I?ve paid extra for. I called the store, and spoke with someone who couldn?t tell me why the item I purchased wasn?t included,but said ?just call DoorDash for a refund?. I ordered from this salad works on 7/15/21 for pick-up at 6:45 (30 minutes after the order was placed on their mobile app). When... I arrived at 6:45, there were 3 workers and no customers in the restaurant and they had not started my order. I waited for 25minutes for them to make the order (which was only 3 items). In this time, only 2 other people had entered the restaurant, bothof which were served first.... this is completely unacceptable if you're going to offer mobile service which is supposed to befaster.... look elsewhere for a quick pick-up unless you want to wait for 30 minutes while there are no customers in store.Terrible time management. Extremely disappointed by the lack of Customer Service at the Wayne location. I visit this location quite frequently. Today,... upon placing my order, I noticed the associate provided me with far less chopped eggs (about a teaspoon) than my usual order.When I asked for more eggs, the associate replied "I will have to charge you for more". I explained to the associate Ifrequently order salads from this location and never have I received such small servings of my choice selection. Her response"well they must've been giving you too much". Now this may seem minor, but good Customer Service is key. While I do not believethe customer is always right, I do not feel an associate should publically debate with a customer. The associate could ofapologized and said "I understand and will honor your request at no additional charge this time. Going forward however, ourpolicy is...(and stated their policy). Instead she debated with me about an additional teaspoon for what is typically a $12salad purchase for me...and I don't even eat meat! I was so annoyed by the lack of Customer Service that I walked out withoutcompleting my order. Either I will need to find a new location or just remove Saladworks from my "go to" places all together. Love this place! The staff is friendly. Haven't been here in a while and a coworker mentioned about getting salads and going... here. I forgot about this place but now I will never forget. The Buffalo Blue salad was delicious. They were quick and the staffwas friendly. Busy place! There was a line to order but expected during lunch hours. I will be coming back. Read more
