I travel to Augusta a lot. And have stopped at this location three times and every time I say I am not going to stop ! But will... not ever go to this place ever again , one time drive thru was only open we had a fifth wheel camper so that was out of thequestion , then stop another time wasn?t open and this time I went thru drive thru and waited to order them I was tell her Iwanted a whopper jr meal she said is that all I said I want a Diet Coke with that she wasn?t even goin to ask. Didn?t tell mehow much my order was there or when I got to window she was to busy with her phone . Gave my debit card still busy with herphone and didn?t say Thankyou ?nothing? no napkins and food was not the quality of burger king I remember . Horribleservice! Read more

October 2022 must try the new Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich! It's really good! I have ordered it twice and both times the... sandwich was cooked to order, so I had to pull up and they brought it out and it was nice, hot and crispy but I would hold thetomatoes cause it tends to make the crispness wet from the tomatoe juice. Definitely would recommend it. Went there at twoseparate time in two days. Pulled up to place my order and the screen was blank and no response so I pull up to the window and ayoung man answered saying they was closed and I said I thought the restaurant drive-thru didn't close until 12am and he said thetime changed to 11pm and I pointed out it was 10:34pm and he said we already put everything up and the next morning I went toget everyone breakfast and the drive-thru was backed up so I parked got out to go inside..couldn't go inside to place the orderalthough their sign stated that the dining room opened at 8am manager was trying to talk to me from behind the counter throughthe door and I am pointing at the sign and the door.. she gets in a huff;walks to the door and says " I can't let anyone in thedining area right now because I am short staffed one person and said I would have to go thru the drive-thru ". I like BurgerKing but if this one decides to keep treating frequent customers this way they'll lose even more business than what they havealready and FYI I haven't been inside this restaurant in awhile but last I was there they need to do A LOT of cleaning, scrapingand scrubbing and get those tables retouched! The order took forever to make and still didn't taste hot or fresh. She charged us for nuggets that we didn't order, and didn't... give us fries with our meal. I tried to go inside to get it fixed and the door was locked so I had to walk to the drive throughwindow. And she still only gave me 1 fry when I needed 2. She also didn't give us the correct burgers. We just left with whatwe had and didn't even eat the food! Spend $26 on trash food and service Read more

Usually have a pretty good experience at this Burger King. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but usually worth it. Staff is... always friendly and food is typically spot on. Read more
