Had breakfast at the Waynesboro location. Food good service not that great cuz server was not friendly & had to ask if we had... drinks. She should have known that. Floor was very slippery not due to the rain but rather what ever they used to mop the floor. Read more
I walked in , the employees had no shoes on and running around yelling world star!! I went to the bathroom to hide, and the... manger was doing naughty things in the stall. I was so hungry so I stayed, I ordered from the shoeless employee and I got somenuggies and they had maggots in them so ate them faster, overal good experience! Read more
Slow service, not enough seats, bread was a little stale. Team members don't acknowledge you when come in, there was a lady... there with burgundy braids or purple ish braids walked up twice looked me in my face didn't say anything and went back towardsdrive thru, service here sucks don't be fooled . The interior was a train wreck. The tables were filthy, all of them. My husband retrieved the wet wipes from the car to clean... off one to use. The bathrooms were just as bad. One star given because the fries were hot. Read more
The location was in complete disarray. Staff was handing out bags to the wrong customers and having to eat those loses as people... demanded their right orders. The assistant manager was just giving things away to make people stop yelling. Management needsto be trained to train their staff more effectively. Read more
Very unprofessional! Managers fussing at employees for leaving stations to restock Ice/Tee for lobby. Employees walking around... cussing at the managers Dropping the "F" word around small children. Food was horrible! Undercooked hashbrowns & overcookedbiscuits. Worst McDonald's experience... Ever!! Read more
Was at the drive thru forever. There was 2 cars ahead of us. Got our food and the fries were cold. Asked for some fresh hot... fries. Was given more from the same batch as the first order. Needless to say, they weren't any better. Everyone working lookedtired and annoyed as if they didn't want to be there! Read more
