The Philly cheesesteak sub me and husband ordered which were toasted came out cold, no mushrooms as advertised, peppers and... onions weren?t cooked they were raw, The curly fries were half frozen and soggy. The online ordering system is awful, finally got through it and got the pop up that my order was submitted. Got to the location... and my order wasn?t there, was told that happens. Reordered there for $7 more because they couldn?t give me the onlineprices/discounts, whatever. Waited for the pizza and overheard it was made wrong, another delay. Once it was ready the lady incharge offered the one that was made wrong too. The lady running the place was the only good thing, she was apologetic, I heardher correcting the cooks after the mistake was identified. She had her stuff together. Staff are always hospitable! Our school orders from Papas one day a week, every week for our students! So glad they are able... to accommodate our children with pizza. They love it! And hey we go back other days for pizza, salad, or piggy sticks as well. Today is actually fundraiser day so leave your teachers name so your class gets credit. There are not to many pizza places that make their dough from scratch anymore. Papa's pizza does.and it's amazing! Their pizza... is absolutely delicious. I drive from Augusta Georgia to Burke County without a doubt in mind knowing that I'm going to becompletely satisfied with the food at Papa's Pizza. The professionalism by the manager Amber Weeks and her staff is above thebar. If you're a true pizza lover that's looking for that fresh homemade tasting pizza goodness with mouth watering fresh tomato sause , garlic herb and Italian seasonings that are full of flavor that have your tastbuds popping with joy!
