I know people make mistakes and no one is perfect but my experience here was not that great. I pulled to window and was told... they would be right back with me. I sat for about 3 minutes maybe longer. I tried gettin someone to answer 2 times and finallyon the 3rd try someone said "Are you trying to order?" Well yeah or I wouldn't be sitting here talking into the speaker. Thegirl said I must have not hit the sensor right and no one's headset went off to place an order. Nope! I was told they would beright back with me. Finally got order placed and got my food. Got down the road and my chicken sandwich which I ordered justMayo on had pickles on it plus a plastic bread tie that goes on a loaf of bread. The service was horrible. I ordered a chocolate cookie dough blast a medium. Fries and large sweet tea. They gave me my blast... no spoon. Sat there then 3 minutes later they ask can I help you? I said I got a large tea and fries. Two minutes later I got mytea. Continued to sit there. Almost six minutes later here she comes again, can I help you, I said I got a fries, this causeda discussion among everyone there. Finally more then ten minutes in the drive thru I got my order. Takes 15 to 20 to receive a drink in the drive thru. They have some blondle usually socializing. Use to be the best. Now the... best at the slowest. Still bad here. Callef corporate so maybe they can do something with Christine! Read more
