Extremely slow service. crew is unattended, cold, and rude. They should probably be working somewhere else where they have less... contact with people and totally nothing to do with customer service. They definitely give you the feeling that they do not wantto be working there and they have better things to do than to wait on you. Read more

Very slow and when you ask for a number of condiments 15 hot sauces because you have 4 tacos and a burrito supreme. The Hot... sauce packets hardly have any sauce so you need at least 2 to 3 per taco. Read more

I placed a large order of $77.49 to feed my family. It was the biggest disappointment ever. We had several items missing from... our order. We made several requests to leave certain items off of several items. All of our requests were ignored. We foundwhat appeared to be pet hair in 3 of our soft tacos. The chicken was over cooked and dry on a couple of items. Our entireorder was completely screwed up. They failed to give me a receipt when I paid for the order. I called to speak with the managerand an employee answered the phone and made the comment that she should pretend to be the manager to her fellow coworker whileon the phone with me. When I finally spoke with the manager, he said that I would get a full refund. When I go in the next day, they do absolutely nothing for me. This is no way to run a business. This is the umpteenth time I've given them another chance.. never have they ever got it right. All I wanted was the advertised... chupla 5 dollar box .. didn't have it so I said give me anything for a substitute cant do that.. very unorganized place wasdirty here are pictures. Read more

My experience with you was terrible. This store is awful. The people who work there are so rude. They told us they wouldn't... serve us we had to go through the drive thru even though the inside was open. This is not the first time we've experienced this.You really need to do something. I love your food but will not be back there unless something is done. Nobody should be treatedlike that. At the time on this last visit all we wanted was 2 drinks and they couldn't take the order. Probably the longest ive ever waited for "fast" food . I waited 50 minutes to get a 12 , peice chicken . The manager finally... brought it out and apologised for the delay and told me i would get a free 12 meal on my next visit .....we will see . Read more

They have the best customer service individual I've met in a fast food establishment! Today I went in for lunch and was greeted... by Shaquilla. She was friendly, had a great smile, and made me feel welcomed like we were old friends. It's hard to find servicelike that! The food, of course, is always good ???? Read more
