NEVER GO HERE . Got a 4 piece dark with 2 sides. The chicken was horrible. Bland with no flavor like straight flour. Wanted... to give pieces of chicken back that I didnt eat. Even the mash potato bowl was messed up. Spoke to manager about gettingrefund or getting something else in exchange like sides and she said we dont do returns. Smh never have I been told that. Popeyes will keep me 100% even if I have to drive to chambersburg. Worst experience ever Read more

I'm very angry and disappointed in this KFC in Waynesboro, in the last several years they've gone down hill with their food and... their staff. So first with the staff member, my family and I went to the drive thru so we could order but it's been a while sowe needed a minute to order, so the girl that was taking our order was slightly impatient and when we got to our 3rd and finalorder she had an attitude. Now mind you I ordered the 5 piece tender box and it comes with 2 sauces, my boyfriend had asked forsome extra sauces while we finished up our order. We went up to the window were we were greeted with an obviously annoyedemployee! She was completely and utterly rude and made sure we knew that we annoyed her for coming to order food at a place...she chose to work, I mean if you're unhappy with your position, get another one instead of ruining other peoples day. Secondly,we came home and there absolutely no sauces, none with the tender box combo or the extra that we asked for. Our fries were staleand a disappointed along with the spicy chicken sandwich and tenders. The rest was just minor issues being, the Mack and cheesebeing cold. Read more

Food was good. Used quick pick up. They forgot my drinks that came with the order when I returned they gave me fresh drinks and... a free cake of my choice. I believe it to have been an honest mistake and we're gracious enough to fix it and were veryapologetic. That was a good meal! Read more
I came to get my relative a 3 piece meal at 530 pm. Prime time ,dinner time and they said at the drive up, that I will have to... wait 5 minutes for original recipe chicken to be done. So sad, everytime I come something I order is not ready. Last 2 times thepot pies would be over 6 minute wait. Read more
I had to wait for freshly cooked chicken, for about 10 minutes or so... But when I got home it looked liked old refried chicken... battered in perhaps cornmeal!! It had very dark dried places on the meat. The crust looked cinnamon dark with white specks andunderneath the inner lining look liked dark trapped grease from being refrigerated!! My French Fries were soggy and limp as ifthe grease was not changed... I contacted KFC according to my receipt on yesterday immediately after taking it out of the bag,haven't received a call or email as of yet!! The guy at the REGISTER was Extremely Nice, but the people handling the Orderdefinitely need to proper training before the Health Inspectors are called! Ooohhh my goodness! Read more
