Cheap pizza. Tastes good. Costs very little. Always glad for a way to feed 8 people for little money

So I have tried to give this location a chance to redeem itself. They have finally put the last nail in the coffin. I ordered... pizza and crazy bread. I picked it up and when I opened up my food at home, I was disappointed again. The pizza was not cutall the way through and the slices were 3 different sizes. The crazy bread dough was a mystery. It was flat, rubbery andtasted horrible. I called the store and was asked what do you want me to do, write your name down? This place needs bettermanagement during the night shift. Stopped in and placed an order on the spur of the moment. The staff did their best to make my food fast and efficient but when... it came time to hand me my food and send me on my way, that's when the problem started. The counter worker asked me if I paidfor my order. I said yes and offered my receipt. He wouldn't even look at it. He was more worried about putting my food in thestorage area where they keep online orders. He continued to inform me that my order was invalid and still did not look at myreceipt. The store manager is now involved and everyone is still ignoring the receipt in my hands. After 10 min of thistomfoolery the manager hands me the food and says, "I don't need to see your receipt, I trust you." If that was indeed the case.Why have we been standing here for 10 min, ignoring me holding my receipt, all the while my food is getting cold. Pizza was cooked unevenly. Couldn't even cut in a straight line. Price was good.
For a place that advertised hot and ready pizza, plan on at least a 20 minute wait. Lobby is always dirty. Staff cusses and... yells... No uniform's, and most don't even cover hair. If you stand and watch, employees go from making pizza, to register, andback to pizza, and never wash their hands. I watched someone sit in drive thru 10 minutes before anyone walked over to thewindow. It's sad what's happened to that place. And don't say not enough staff.
