Food was great and it had a really fast line to order, the customer service is really good.
Hot food. Took a little longer than normal but thats because they were busy. Great service!
Since I've been back I have not received one messed up meal. New staff is polite and I've increased stars from 1 to 3 for the... improvements. Still have to wait a bit in drive through but I rather wait for food made well and not missing anything. Read more
They switched to Paper straws! Hate them, it changes the taste of the beverage and they become soggy before u are finished. I... get it, they want to give the appearance of caring for the environment, how about the recycled plastic ones...oh they cost tomuch. Read more
Not much reason for them to have 2 drive through lanes because they only serve one. We've been in the drive through for 20... minutes, and have watched 4 cars that came in after us be served in the other lane. Haven't even had our order taken yet. Read more
I wish that their food came out looking like they do on the menu. The drive thru was backed up to the entrance by the road.... Fries were fresh, but the nuggets were cold and hard. I do have to say that the staff was polite and friendly, though. Read more
Sometimes this location is a hit or miss, however we recently had an issue with an order and the shift lead on duty handled it... so well. She was apologetic and made sure our order was remade correctly. Of course we didn't go in causing a scene and actinglike fools to get our way so we were treated with respect. All of the staff over the past 2 months have been friendly andpunctual at the drive-thru even when they are having rush hour. We have been pleased with our service so keep up the great work!
