Horribly scorched pixzas and breadsticks. When I called and spoke to the Waynesboro restaurant rep, I asked the young lady... several times if the oven was broken. After hearing, no...no, I said "why did you all serve me purposefully burned pizzasthen"? Her Duhhhhh was deafening. I'm just going to keep going to Greencastle and Chambersburg. Staff was busy (which is good) so there wasn't much time for pleasantries. My pizza was disappointing. Pizza Hutt, as a chain,... is simply not what it used to be. This is not a reflection on the location but rather on the chain as a whole. Pizzas aresmaller (a large used to be 18", now it is 14"), there is a decidedly different flavor (more bland) than years ago. As for thelocation, it was nice to see them busy again. Read more
I see now why there is never any business at this Pizza Hut. Pizza didn't taste like a Pizza Hut Pizza and they put way too much... sauce on it eventhough I had said I wanted light sauce. It was overpowering and took away from the other flavors the Pizza wassuppose to have. Can't recommend. Read more
I have been craving a sit down Pizza Hut experience- the kind that I had when I was a kid doing the reading program. I guess the... 80's and 90's nostalgia shows have really been getting to me. So I dragged my wife in and man we were not disappointed! Ourwaitress was awesome and obviously took pride in what she was doing, crafting us perfect salads to start. The pizza chef lookedlike he was also super passionate and was taking care with every order that went out. Our pizza came out looking like the menuphoto and tasted awesome. The restaurant was very clean and we had a great experience, the cups were those sweet 90's texturedcups, it just hit all the good points. I will definitely be back! Read more
Pizza, dessert, and breadsticks were all burnt. When it arrived it was cold. Very disappointed. It?s like they forgot about it... while it was in the oven and then forgot to put it under the heat rack. Read more

I've ordered from this pizza hut several times and I've always been semi satisfied however, tonight I'm completely unsatisfied.... I ordered a pizza and cheese bread. My cheese bread isn't fully cooked and the lid on the pizza is smashed in. I open the box tofind all of the cheese and toppings sick to the top of the box. I called and they said they would credit my account since it'sto late to remake the food. Edit: I just called to use my credit and surprisingly, there's no credit on my account! Read more
