Would give a 0! Got FOOD POISONING during my most recent visit, it's always something here. Last time my son & I waited 2... hours for our food. The time before that I ordered to go & never got our food, I waited & waited thinking maybe they were busy. Finally called & they blew me off bc they were closing. Terrible service! Read more
Had a good waiter, Zachary B who was attentive but not overbearing. Gave us time to look at drink offerings before taking drink... order. Checked on us several times during our meal which was appreciated. And he has a good sense of humor. Thank you Zacharyfor a good experience at lunch, much appreciated. As a restaurant manager, im highly disappointed. I understand staffing issues, we are the same way; however, 15 minutes before... anyone even came to our table after we were sat at a dirty table (we had baby wipes since we had a 1 year old and cleaned ourtable) is not ok by any means.... especially when your manager is walking around doing nothing. Our waitress never even cameback to our table at all after taking the order and when we finally got her attention to get our bill, she brought us the wrongone 20 minutes later. I finally sent my husband and 4 kids to the car while I sat and waited (trying to be honest consideringshe gave us a $45 bill to pay when we definitely ordered $100).... when I found the manager and asked for the right bill andtold him I'm highly disappointed, it was blamed on short staffing. After signing my receipt for him, I said thank you and hetook it out of my hand as he was turning away and said "yep". It is definitely more than a staffing issue. Early post pandemicreopening for yall, we never had an issue and came there 1 time a week. We slowly have lowered the amount of visits and tonightbecame our last time ever coming here again. Welp, Since Sasha and Meka left I've had nothing but terrible experiences. Wait time for food was atrocious. Food arrives cold.... I feel like management has let this place down. I live across the street and at this point I would drive to the one in Stauntonor just go to Outback. Read more

My friend and I quickly discovered that there are not a lot of places open after 10pm weekdays in Waynesboro, VA - so Applebee's... it was! Located close to the Interstate - it is easy to find and get to. The atmosphere at that time was quite relaxing as therewere less than a handful of customers present. We shared a yummy quesadilla appetizer,, while enjoying fancy drinks Our waitressMaya was super sweet. Even though we prefere locally owned places, we were pleasantly surprised by this chain restaurant. Read more
