The lady at the counter was very rude. The customer in front of us ordered and there was a sign offering a 2 for 6 deal and the... customer was told by the worker that he needed to say something about getting the offer when the sign was clearly the offeritself. When it was my turn to order, the lady asked if I wanted any glaze and I said please and she charged me $.75 for it andthen rudely asked if I needed my receipt. I said no politely. When I got to my car I didn?t have the glaze, so I went back inand asked for the glaze she had charged me for. She got defensive and told me I didn?t need to come back in with an attitude. Iasked to speak to her manager or for a phone number to call and report her and she said she got off at 5 we could talk then. Read more

I don?t know why there are only bad reviews. I tend to go to walmart a lot, and I love going to this place...The workers are... very kind, and the pretzels are great. They also give out coupons a lot which is pretty cool. Read more

Not sure where to start with Waynesboro Auntie Anne's..poor, very poor management!! From the owner straight down, can't blame... the staff they are who they work for. This has nothing to do with the pretzels, far from it. Disrespectful individuals on alllevels!! Read more

I took him... up on his offer but could not get the clerk to understand that I wanted a third item different from my pretzels. He said " I'llhave to charge you for the hot dogs." Agreeing that was fine I still only got one pretzel. After discussing the "free" pretzelfor 5 minutes he said sorry for the confusion. I walked away with 2 items both of which I paid for. Read more
