We ordered 10 rodeo burgers and 2 8 piece mozzarella sticks because we are feeding 5 people. The service has to be the rudest I... have ever had. The man at window goes next come inside to order instead of drive thru. Then we asked for a large fry to be addedhe said that was fine. We ended up paying almost 29.00 for all this. The woman gave us a bag we kept setting waiting for getsbecause there was no fry in bag she asked me 3 times was I sure we didn't get fry. I tilted bag almost dumping food to show her. Had the new double cheesy melts that they got for breakfast. Had a bacon one and a sausage one. I'm personally a fan of fast... food sausage sandwiches so that was a definite favorite. Wasn't as cheesy as I expected from all the pictures but stilldelicious. Bacon one is my 2nd favorite but that's just because most places don't get bacon right. This location actually wasgreat though and was still very crispy, not fatty, and plenty of bacon. I didn't check out the ham just because meh, my reviewson that would be negative anywhere. Even with apparent staffing issues, my wait in the drive-thru was minimal. Staff was wearing a mask, which I appreciate. The... ladies were professional and friendly. Our order with special instructions was correct. Thank you ladies for coming to work andfixing us yummy whoppers. :) Read more
The food was cold. The order was wrong, which seems ti be the norm at this facility. The sweet tea was sour, which was... disgusting. I recommend that corporate either terminate employment of every person there due to their sheer incompetence orprovide appropriate traing so the employees fully understand how to provide pleasant food and service. I'll start off by saying that the food was awful. The food we received was old, which is pretty bad considering we went there... for lunch mere minutes after they were supposed to end breakfast. What, are they trying to save money by Saving over food fromthe previous day to serve when they change over? I don't know. For example, as you can see from the photo I added to my review,my chicken sandwich looked like, and tasted like, a deep fried slab of cardboard slapped between two thin slabs of wood. Nextoff, the staff were uncaring and indifferent towards their customers. The lady that took my order was acting like she was insuch a rush to get my order over and done with, but there was no one else behind me so it's not like they were busy. Themaintenance lady kept cleaning around our table and kept trying to clean off our table and sweep and mop underneath ourtable...even though we were trying to eat. The store itself is a very seedy place, in real need of a good cleaning and possiblyan aesthetic makeover. It's painfully obvious that nobody takes care of that place. Some of the tables are crooked, some of theseats are bung up and that tile floor really needs a pressure washer. Speaking of things that need work, those bathrooms reallyneed some. Those bathrooms look about as rough as the people who work there. The absolute only reason I gave this place twostars instead of one is simply because this is the only place that I've seen around that actually has a PlayPlace still. Sothey've got that one thing going for them, which is nice I suppose. Overall, this place doesn't seem to come close to thestandard of any fast food joint I've ever worked at in my younger years.
