I haven't had a good experience at this chick-fil-a in a very long time & after each visit i say I'm never coming back &... although I have returned today was the absolute last time. Knock on wood, but I have never had bad food or service at a Chick-fil-A and this location was no exception. I think what sets... Chick-fil-A apart from their competition is how they orchestrate your experience from the start. The greeter/order taker hasalways started my experience off in a positive manner which, in turn, has always helped create a value and service that I haveyet to find at any other restaurant. The result of operating their restaurants using this approach has always made my foodbetter than it probably was and made my day better than it would have been had I chosen to go to one of their competitors. So,if I am traveling and see a Chick-fil-A, you better believe that I will be choosing to spend my money there in exchange foranother unequaled 5 star restaurant experience! Read more

Well me and family have always eaten at chick fil a since it has come to Waynesboro. But last Thursday night me and fiancé... decided to go get some eating to eat for dinner there. Well I went inside order my food the associate working the register wasnice. I waited for my food and a young lady says my name. I grab my food check it just to make sure it was all there. Therewasn't any of the sauces in there that I asked for. Which I know sometimes it's easy yo forget things. So i asked and you couldtell it was a problem from the young lady. Then I couldn't get my food back in the bag because it was stuffed in there verytight so I asked her for another bag because it was so tight trying to get back in there. Well she goes and gets another bag andI heard her complaining to another associate about me because I said the food was stuffed in there. She was complaining loudenough that I could hear it. I felt very disrespected. I truly wasn't complaining at all though. She was very rude I had to askfor my drinks as well. Just not a good experience at all. I truly just felt like leaving the food on the counter even though Ipaid for it already. I said thank you several times and she just rolled her eyes at me what a sad day and time the world hascome to. Not many more friendly people out there. Read more
I am surprised to be giving this rating to a Chick-fil-a. I visited this restaurant at about 9:45 pm on 8/24. I placed my... order for a chargrilled combo meal and a second drink. When I got to the window, the two drinks were medium. I was fairlycertain that I had ordered larges, but it was the end of a long day and I figured I could have made the error. Rather than backup the line, I took the drinks and left. I sat down to eat my meal about 10 minutes later. First, the fries were disgusting. The waffle fries are usually light and crispy, These were soaked in grease and mushy. At least I still had the sandwich... Thebottom bun was completely wet. Not soggy, wet. It disintegrated when I brought it up to my mouth for the first bite. Thedrinks were correct, just the wrong size. I am extremely disappointed. Read more
Never been to a Chick-fil-A that wasn't good! Very efficient and processing you through the drive-thru line. I'm what you call a... boutique the employees are trained well and very focused on the details make sure your order is correct. They even punched downthe top of the soft drink tab for diet. At least you feel sure you're getting diet and not regular soft drink with the sugar init. The employees there are so well trained to give the customer good service in a fast pace. To me they rank the best fastfood service and food quality of all the fast food restaurants. Read more
I can?t believe I?m leaving a Chic fil a establishment a two-star review, but here goes. I placed a mobile order this evening... with some of the details asking for extra pickles, a large order of fries, and a cookies and cream milkshake. My ?extra pickles?came in the form of a partial pickle, the quantity in the large fry versus the medium fry is the same, and the milkshake wasvanilla.
